We booked for 3 nights but left after 1st night. Airco was not working (was above 30 degrees that night) rooms were not clean and breakfast was very poor ! The kids slept on the floor to be able to fall asleep in this heat.

Bitterly disappointed! you weren’t sold out when I booked on **********, but now you are? I don’t understand why you’ve cancelled my booking? On *********** you are showing as sold out? It seems you have guests staying on the date I booked in Oct 2021 for Sept 2022, nearly 11 months in advance. I now have to alter my carefully made travel plans due to your alleged mistake on just my booking? This is incredibly unprofessional, I will post this on trip advisor as I don’t want others to be treated in this shambolic way.

Arrived at the hotel we are greeted in a kind way by the reception, arrived in the room we find a room, not very clean, dust in quantity, I still found some games that I assume were from those who stayed before us. During the night new guests arrived next to our room and it felt like we had them with us getting ready for the night, the rooms are not noise insulated at all, we heard everything they did in the other room. So sleepless night, the only positive note is that at least the girls didn't wake up due to the noise. Not recommended for families. It is not comparable to a 4 star.

Non è da considerarsi un 4 stelle, ma un 2 stelle / 2 e mezzo. Camere per nulla insonorizzate e molto vecchie, soprattutto i bagni: doccia vecchissima senza nemmeno il doccino e acqua che praticamente non scende perché tutta occlusa dal calcare. Armadio in camera con 4 gruccette e senza ripiani per appoggiare i vestiti. Letti con materassi durissimi e cuscini alti e duri tanto da non essere utilizzabili. La pulizia della stanza lascia a desiderare: mi è capitato di chinarmi per raccogliere una cosa e sotto il letto era pieno di polvere. Colazione molto scarsa. Ristorante dell’hotel molto male.. i primi sembrano quelli da scongelare, e servizio pessimo. Anche alla reception non brillano per la simpatia. Unica nota positiva: giardino esterno molto bello. Area benessere: c’è solo 1 sauna a pagamento 10 euro Convenzione con palestra: 20 euro a ingresso

Posto carino e tranquillo, non posso dire lo stesso del bagno in camera , tazza wc rotta, rubinetto lavabo incrostato, porta entrata camera che non chiudeva come dovrebbe, Se si paga il dovuto durante una prenotazione ci si aspetta una camera o un bagno in discrete condizioni . Non male come albergo, peccato per alcune pecche strutturali che per i modi sbrigativi di qualcuno del personale. Buona la location con possibilità di raggiungere a breve varie distanze dato lo snodo stradale. Buona la cucina con alcuni ottimi piatti, ed altrettanto buona la vineria.
