Un hôtel, très grand, calme et avec un personnel très agréable. La chambre n'a pas de fenêtre autres que celle qui donnent sur le couloir ce qui fait que la chambre est un peu sombre et un peu fraîche. Malgré ces fenêtres qui donnent sur le couloir, la chambre reste au calme même si on entend les gens discuter au rez-de-chaussée. Très bien placé dans la ville, proche de la place d'armes.

Pour notre première nuit au Pérou nous avons dormi dans cet hôtel proche de la plaza de Armas donc de la cathédrale et du couvent Santa Catalina. La chambre était propre et la literie était bonne. L'hôtel était presque désert suite aux événements de contestations qui ont eu lieu quelques mois auparavant donc on n'a pu se plaindre du bruit. Le personnel était serviable et le petit-déjeuner correct.

Habitaciones sin ventilación natural, tienes que abrir la puerta para que entre algo de aire pero toda las personas del pasillo pueden mirarte, no hay nada de privacidad, la zona de noche es muy peligrosa topamos con bastantes personas en estado de ebriedad incluso uno de ellos intento pedirnos dinero a la fuerza, el desayuno no era buffet como anunciaron al contario fue muy básico y repetitivo durante todas las noches que estuvimos allí, también nos agregaron los impuestos aparte cuando eso ya debió estar incluido en la tarifa, pésimo todo.

Mi estadía fue bastante agradable y cómoda, el desayuno buffet era algo pequeño pero variado, la cama del hostel estaba bastante buena y no hubo ruidos extraños ni de la calle, destacar la atención de Mari, parte del equipo de recepción que me ayudó y asistió en todo momento, muy atenta en cada solicitud y de trato bastante amable.
