We liked everything, unfortunately what left something to be desired was the breakfast. Things were missing, I had to keep asking for them to be replaced, some things had a bad taste and were spoiled.

Bad room! Mattress with a hole, there were two mattresses that came together so you could feel the junction in the middle, super weak air conditioning.
Swimming pool is not maintained, sand at the bottom and the worst: loose TILES with major cutting risks. Jacuzzi stinks of urine and is extremely hot, potentially causing burns.
Very basic breakfast and if you don't go early, you'll miss out on some food.
Bad parking for those arriving at night because it takes them a while to open the gate while you wait on the deserted street.
Employees take lunch together and the reception is empty. I spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to show up and nothing! I had to interrupt their lunch so I could get the key.
Room service doesn't change towels, I asked for them to be changed at night and they told me that it would only be the next day, that is, they don't change them and you still have to keep them wet until the next day.

Nossa estadia foi agradável e muito confortável, fui com meu marido, filha e minha sogra. Quando chegamos o quarto já estava climatizado, tudo muito organizado e todos muito prestativos. O Rafael é uma pessoa maravilhosa. Muito atencioso. Foi tudo incrível. Alem da ótima localização, muito perto do porto da barra, que tem ótimas opções de gastronomia.

A pousada tem otima relação custo beneficio, fica proxima ao Porto da barra, ja me hospedei em outras ocasiões, ja me hospedei com ela no auge e depois caiu um pouco, mas parece que ela quer voltar a ser como antes, melhorou bastante o serviço, como o café da manhã, na vespera de natal fizeram uma mini ceia em substituição ao cafe da tarde. Tem uma otima piscina que estava quentinha devido ao forte calor no período, tem uma Jacuzzi, sempre quentinha, que claro se aproveita melhor nos períodos frios. Enfim, torcemos para continuarem melhorando.

Já estive outras vezes na pousada, ela cumpre bem a categoria custo benefício, próximo ao Porto da barra, tem uma boa estrutura: quarto Ok, boa piscina, café da manhã Ok, nada extraordinário, mas tem tudo que um café da manhã normal, bolo, pães, frutas.... O diferencial da pousada é uma jacuzzi aquecida, claro que muito disputado.

Mas conta com uma equipe dedicada, desde as camareiras, até a gerente Pamela, que se esforçou em resolver as questões que surgiram, em alguns momentos. Boa localização para se locomover de carro para as praias em geral e perto dos principais restaurantes de Buzios..
