Everything was great. My only complaint was a broken fixture in the bathroom and the elevator was out of service so long waits there but all good otherwise

Good location with access to travel routes, shopping, dining and tourist destinations. Property was clean and the outdoor spaces are very nice for an evening sunset or social visit. Good parking options with some covered/indoor parking spots. Good breakfast area with nice selection of food options.

The hotel was clean. The asst manager checked us in and helped us out with some stuff, he was very helpful. It was too cold for us to walk around the Village a lot but you could definitely walk from here. Very close to the front gate of Bil**ore if that's what you're visiting. Overall it was a great stay.

The room was not clean when we checked in, but what concerned is the most is that anyone could take the elevators form the 'open-to-the-public' parking garage area straight to the guest room floors without stopping in the lobby. The hotel staff, however, were very helpful and professional.

Just an overnight stay to be at Bil**ore for the candlelight tour, this Hotel, its location & comfort were perfect for us! Grateful to check in promptly in order to rest from our busy morning & drive. Very pleased with our choice!

The folks we interacted with were very attentive. At one point, late, we needed a vacuum & the front desk supplied one quickly(although I had to get it). Upon arrival, sheets for the pull out bed were delivered quickly. Breakfast was massively understaffed/unprepared for the # of guests(out of utensils,plates,food). Strangely, a mattress cover was used as a quilt on the bed. The bathtub faucet was dripping and I had to let the water run to stop a high pitched sound from coming out of it. I don’t think they had maintenance come out to look at it when told.

The property is within easy walking of the historic area just outside the Bil**ore property and, therefore, easy access to Bil**ore house. The property is clean, open, and easily accessible. Our room was perfectly clean, equipped with a galley kitchen (including cooking utensils and dishes), and well stocked with towels.
The only “problem” was one of the elevators is out of service due to a mechanical problem.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, very inconvenient to check in in 2nd floor, only one elevator working with such heavy traffic at hotel during holidays, breakfast was horrible, overall was terrible, Will never stay there again, definitely not a Hilton quality.

It's right outside the road to Bil**ore and near several awesome restaurants. Also, the hotel have a great food selection to buy if you get hungry besides their breakfast. During the stay, David at the front desk checked in via text to ask how our visit was and I appreciated that extra touch.
