Checking in and signing in is a bit silly, next year a check-in code will already be sent via email I particularly recommend the hot spring on the first floor of the basement. Since it is exclusive to the hotel, if you go there at 11 o'clock in the evening, you can basically enjoy it by yourself. It is so comfortable. In other aspects, the hotel is relatively new and trendy. For example, you can bring pets, make coffee by hand, etc. Sufficient USB sockets on the bedside table are also very suitable for young people.

The location is convenient for getting on the ship. The smart system is also convenient for check-in. However, the bed sheets are a bit dirty. It is very convenient to take the card to enter the hotel and use the password. You don’t need to bring the hotel card.

Everything was great except for the unfamiliar check-in method. When checking in, all traveling companions have their passports taken, so it would be better to simplify the entry of accompanying traveler information. I was able to see the sunrise from the accommodation in the morning, and there were nice restaurants and bakeries within a short distance, so it was convenient. It was nice to be able to get a discount on admission to the plum garden. The room was clean and modern in style, and the free drinking service was also memorable. If I go back, this is a hotel I definitely want to stay in.

It was difficult to find the parking lot, but they kindly informed me over the phone and were very helpful! The free drinks at the entrance were very nice, and the service was also very good! I would also like to go with the whole family 🐶

The hotel environment and scenery are good. You can see the fireworks festival from the room. However, there is no room service at all. I can barely clean up by myself if I stay for 2 days. I don't know if they will arrange cleaning for more than 2 days.

It was very good. I was grateful for the all-you-can-drink alcohol option. I would like to stay there again when I go to Atami.

The hardware of the hotel is good, but it is very expensive on the day of watching the fireworks. The price is more than 2,000 per night, but it is not easy to get a room. What I'm speechless about is that the automatic check-in process is so terrible. I spent a full 40 minutes in front of my iPad. The operator didn't understand Chinese or English and couldn't understand. He had to write down his identity information and his domestic address. Everything had to be video-recorded with the operator. Make sure I am myself before I will send you a room password. This is the first time in my life to experience such a stay. There weren't any waiters in the hotel, but luckily it was not easy to get it done in the end.
