Perfect for a one or two night stop. Kypseli is a bit down at heel as a district, but it's safe and there are excellent eating opportunities at St George's Square. 12 minutes walk from Viktoria Metro, so you can get to the airport in about 90 minutes with a change at Monasteraki. Rooms are simple, functional and clean. Bed is super comfortable, especially if you prefer a soft mattress. Everything is pin code operated for access after 9 pm so can't comment on staff. Very good value.

LOVED staying at this hotel and would stay again if I were visiting Athens again. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Harris (the manager I think, he was constantly on reception or at the bar area) we were warmly welcomed. We arrived around 11am (check in was supposed to be 3pm but he allowed us to check into our room immediately - and also upgraded us to a beautiful room with a massive balcony. The room was gorgeous and modern and had many lovely amenities including toothbrush and toothpaste sets and lovely bathroom toiletries. There was a fridge with bottled water and the room had air conditioning and the biggest walk-in shower ever. So luxurious and modern. We were also able to store our cases after a late check out. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Hotel was about 10 mins walk from the Victoria metro station. Along the way, there are many shops and cafes, making it a very pleasant walk. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a lift and was able to provide kettle and cups upon request. It was a good sized room, was spacious and clean same as the bathroom. Wifi was strong and the heater was nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay.

The stay was good. The service was decent, the food was good, and the staff were friendly enough. The rooms were clean, and the location was convenient.

The front desk service was very good, but the hotel is too close to the main road and too noisy. The noise from cars roaring at night was very loud. I communicated with the front desk before check-in and it was already on the side facing the side street instead of the main road. In order to be quiet, I was upgraded to a family suite, but it was still very noisy.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good, it's close to the subway station, and the rooms are spacious. The only downside is that the single room bed is made up of two single beds pushed together, which wasn't very comfortable.

I traveled to Athens for a business reason. The room was in the center, spacious near shops for coffee and food. It provides paid parking right next to it, so you don't have to look for a place. The service is amazing and the staff is very kind!! I would definitely choose it again!!!

Lovely for a few days. Brand new but not perfect. Aside from an email with the entry code, there was no contact with management, and I didn't receive a response to my questions. Small lights blinking on the ceiling at night.

The room is spacious and clean, and the facilities are as good as new. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. There is a busy road in front of the hotel downstairs. The noise of traffic is not endless and it is a bit noisy in the middle of the night. In addition, it can accommodate three people, but there is no quilt for the third person.
