Old building. The housekeeping knocked on the door for two consecutive days at 8 am, which made me wake up. Then she never back to the room to clean it. I was charged 4 breakfast, that I didn’t take it. When a I asked about it in the front desk, The receptionist (a black woman) rudely told me that I had to pay for it because it was charged in my room, and she charged me for it. Fortunately I was able to talk to the manager who refunded me the money. That woman should not work in customer service. I’m a frequently traveler, it was the first time that I have an issues like that. I I would never go back to that hotel again.

The scenery outside the window is good, not far from the city

Hotel location is OK. Very close to Polytechnic University. There are also places to eat across the road. But the service attitude of the hotel is really not flattering. can only say a mess

Very poor water pressure. Broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Shower curtain was disgusting. Lighting over the sink was very poor. Lots of staining on the upholstery on the chair in our room.

Was unaware I’d be expected to pay for a security deposit on top of my payment coming out of earlier than I expected.

Our first night our bed sheets had stains so aI had to ask for clean ones. A lo noise you can hear in each room. Patio has been never sweep. Housekeeper needs to do’s better job

The Sonesta Select has a very close location to Georgia tech and midtown. The hotel is right next to 85 and does not have many businesses by it. This can make the parking lot feel unsafe and it’s not the most prime area. They also had not set up the parking lot to have keycard entrance yet. Hotel overall looks outdated. The room was large and clean and the staff was quick.

Staff was professional and friendly. They helped make my check in and stay really easy and enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel on one of the coldest rexorded nights in Atlanta. It was either this hotel or the Greyhound bus terminal. I chose this hotel as Greyhound no longer was an option for me. None of the outlets worked in the room, the caulk to the bathtub was peeling off, there was no room number "plate" outside the room, so I took a wild guess and it worked. The young lady at the check-in charged my card for a room in addition to booking it on this app. I called back a week later after seeing the charge on my account. Greg, who was very helpful saw the error and refunded my money from the erroneous charge. My stay here was chilly. I turned the heat all the way up, but beyond that I was just happy to get in some sleep and a shower.

The room was clean but this particular location needs a make over. And they need to increase security in the parking lot and the hotel. Three vehicles/trucks were broken in to and damaged. The hotel security failed to keep the noise down after I called three different times and apparently after a certain time in the early morning hours they don’t answer. I called the front desk several times for at least 20 minutes. This hotel needs some serious management especially after regular business hours and on the weekends. I will NOT stay at this hotel again. Period full stop.

5 cars were broken into while security was on shift. They busted our window's. It's freezing cold we have to drive 3 hours with plastic on the windows. This has really dampened the trip. That's pure evil! We were parked right next to the hotel. Staff must be the people doing it.

Accomodated us at the last minute. Easy check-in process. Nice staff. However, our vehicle was one of 5 vandalized snd and our property was stolen. Other than that, the actual stay was pleasant.

This hotel honestly surprised me. The entrance and lobbby is amazing. My room was one of the best rooms I've ever had when I stay in Atlanta. The decor was good and cozy for once and the room was a good size. The immediate surrounding area to the hotel is a little lacking but there are restaurants across the highway and you can walk there in ten minutes.
