It was not as clean as it could have been and very thin walls. They did provide earplugs and a noise machine. I was given a room on a wing that was under construction and they quickly moved me and that was wonderful

Other than the Midtown Atlanta location being convenient for work, unfortunately I can't list any other positives. There was furniture in the lobby, common room on our floor, and in our room that was dirty. The mirrors in the bathrooms were not cleaned. The carpets had debris on them in some areas. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Our washing machine didn't work, which I was notified of through email. I was told I would receive notice of the repairman's visit. When the time came, I received a phone call saying the repairman was there - no notice. We weren't in the room and didn't appreciate a stranger in our room with our personal belongings. The fire alarm also went off twice during our stay, both times a false alarm. We will not be choosing Sonder again in the future.

The hotel is not in the heart of Midtown, but I knew that and the location on the southern edge of Midtown is reflected in the price. The hotel now has a manned desk and the staff was courteous and helpful. The property is modern, clean and well-maintained. The one-bedroom suite was large and fully equipped. Internet was reliable. There is a Publix around the corner and restaurants within a few blocks. My only complaint is that $30 per day for parking seems a bit high.

Secure private parking was a huge plus! The apartment had a pungent stale/foul odor, carpet was disgusting with stains, walls hadn’t been cleaned (looked like ever). Bathroom had old soap/shampoo build up on dispensers, baseboards and corners coated with hair and dust. Broken coffee pot. The pull out bed was slanted down and a total joke. Main bed wasn’t any better, it was so hard if you rolled off, the floor would give.
Apartment size and location were good.

If you want a very secure building, this is the place to stay you need a code, get into the garage elevator and your room once you give them a check in time you cannot get in any earlier as the code for garage only works at the time given or afterwards and our unit the bed was a little low to the ground and not very comfortable. It also took a long time for the hot water to come on, we picked this place as it is very close to the Fox theater where we were attending an event

I enjoy the apartment style “vacation spot” I versus staying at a traditional hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessities one needs when vacating, such as washer and dryer machines, full size kitchen including pots and other utensils and most important wifi access.Sonder is my preferred place to stay when visiting Atlanta.

It's a nice property, clean and updated, in a central location walkable to almost everything. The room was comfortable with all the amenities and parking was easy.
