It was really clean and good the tidy itself. The view was really good as can see the sky tower. Service at the hotel was really good and quick as well.

Fantastic hotel right in the CBD centre. Lovely staff and service from beginning to end and the gym/pool facilities exceeded my expectations. Definitely staying here again when I come back :)

If you booked this hotel maybe cancel as soon as possible, otherwise, you will have a bad experience with it! I already ruined my holiday, booked 3 times all bad experiences! Including extra charges you no reason, even you have to remind their teams! But still charge! They just like to use your credit card to pay everything if you don’t check! bathroom has hair and broken bed. Reception attitude rude ! I think everyone complaining!
All sorts of things happened !
Even you have ask for Manager give you a solution they just keep ignore and not get back to you! What a rubbish 5 star hotel, not even worth for 2 star!

Repeating breakfast served daily n very expensive parking fees if book thru 3rd party website. Perhaps to look into the F&B served in the morning n also In-Room Dining menus as limited choices n pumpkin n maple soup really too sweet n not compatible. Need to update more choices of food for In-Room dining. Other than that, the service n room cleaning was superb n fast n all waiters r very friendly n courteous including the officer in charge during check in n check out. Thanks

Absolutely loved the Grand Sky City. Only downside was the check in and check out service. It would be best to have a self service system or more staff on the counter.
Apart from that my family will definitely be back again.
