Abaco is at reasonable distance from Auckland downtown, restaurants and supermarket. There was a problem with the wifi, but the manager fixed it promptly. We had a unit at the groundfloor and it was not so sunny: the two bedrooms (but we used only one) receive light only indirectly.Probably the unit at middle and uppere levels dont have this problem, but this is our experience. All in all I think that is not completely worthwhile and that it is a little bit too expensive for what offers.

This place is well located in an inner suburb of Auckland. Good restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We had to change our reservation at the last minute due to flight disruptions and the hotel was very accommodating. The room was quiet , clean and comfortable with good beds , shower and air conditioning. The hosts were very pleasant . I would stay again...

A great stay, easy walk to great food options, free parking and laundry facilities. The room was clean with a small kitchen with tea and coffee along with a small milk in the fridge which was great. Staff were extremely friendly

Such a convenient location, and plenty of free parking. The rooms are older but very clean and spacious. One of the BEST showers I've had!!

It's a very clean accommodation. It's a little far from the city center, so you have to walk a little for shopping and sightseeing.

I liked the hotel, however the walls were not soundproofed, which can be annoying in a hotel, especially a 4-star hotel!
