Absolutely and excellent property to stay, very clean, spacious, everything is there for my comfort Staff members are so friendly and welcoming Thank you and greatly appreciated

The young woman who was at reception on Saturday afternoon was very friendly and very helpful.

No signage of the hotel, no reception or concierge nowhere to park, no communication regarding where to park or how to find reception. GPS took us to Sofitel and our room was within this hotel under the Marsden name.

Wi-Fi is bad, cutting in and out… useless! Takes forever to watch a 30min show on the TV…. Ended up giving up on trying. So many light don’t work (the one above bathroom mirror and above the Mini bar) My room’s balcony faces Halsey St, and is noisy as xxxx coming from heavy vehicle or construction machine etc.

Hi , apart from reception being on the third floor and no access unless calling them to come and get you , very friendly and helpful staff , nice quite rooms .

New and quite environment, half hourly walking distance can arrive all nice spots

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Love the privacy and standards. The only issue was that is a pain of another hotel and doesn’t have reception desk and you communicate by phone or text, however they are very quick in response. Great value for money!

Pretty location but not much to do in immediate vacinity. Amenities are good but no bars or shops nearby

It's a bit troublesome to find. It's at the same entrance as the Sheraton, but overall it's very comfortable. It's near the port and can be reached within walking distance. There is a supermarket nearby and it is quieter than the port.

The location is very close to the harbor. It is very quiet at night. You can see the sailboats and the Sky Tower.
