La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Austin Capitol / Downtown

This place was honestly very disappointing. It felt more like a motel than a proper hotel. The facilities were poorly maintained, and there was sometimes no hot water. Housekeeping was only provided about once every three days at minimum, and the key cards frequently stopped working. Other than the location, I could not find any real advantages to staying here

A cheap priced hotel the only saving grace is the location as the hotel itself is in poor condition, dirty walls, leftover items in the room and unusable facilities like the pool!

Staff is very unprofessional stayed here for a couple days. They sent back my deposit and requested a new deposit for two days later and never sent back my deposit. Previously before spoke with management super supervisor they were saying that it’s new policy but policy have not been updated on website or on trip advisory. I need my money.

Staff was great but the facility is run down and old. My “king suite” had the original carpet, ancient appliances and furniture. It’s run down and needs to be gutted. I had to keep unplugging the TV as it wouldn’t work with the remote after about an hour of use. The “breakfast” is not worth it and my “suite” just had countless things broken like one of the giant mirrors had a huge crack. Please pay a little extra and stay elsewhere!!!

Very good location and very cheap for the area. Staff were very accommodating and even changed my room without issue which was very nice.

Hard beds, Horrible breakfast, Rude staff and they through in a $33 a day parking fee after booking

good location, pretty old and unclean, but worth price, no big expectations then youll be fine
