My mother and her friends were on vacation; the only advantage was a beach with a sandy entrance to the sea. This is where the advantages end. The rooms are trashed, there is no cleaning, the plumbing is in the worst condition, completely unsanitary, they cleaned it themselves so that they could somehow use it. But the most trashy thing is that when selling the tour until 11.11, the tour operator did not take into account the important point that the hotel closes on 9.11, and in fact it closed, there were 10 people left, and from 10.11 they stopped feeding, the kitchen was closed. The question is, how is it that you paid before 11, but received the service before 9?

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are 2 huge minuses. 1) Disco until 1.00 every day. The music is pounding, you can’t sleep, and you’re going on vacation. For those with children, this isn’t an option at all. 2) The sewage system can’t cope: interruptions in hot water in room, there is no pressure, the smell is constant. These are the main disadvantages. The alcohol is all diluted. The children's mini disco program is the same every day. The adult disco is the same and the songs are 21 years old. They just turn on the flash drive and do the same thing every day. Not professional!!! Dishes with severe chips, just throw them away. Food, well, you won’t normally be hungry. The only plus is that there is 1 line. But you can’t take a sunbed. Since there are not enough sunbeds for so many vacationers. The mattresses are torn. We rested with my husband from 10/9/23-10/19/23, the price was 150 rubles. Not worth the money at all.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, during which time they never changed the towels, much less the bed linen, they cleaned for show, they just went through with a mop, the sand and garbage remained as they were, and they didn’t go into the bathroom at all. We were given a room in an old building, everything there was very tired, they changed it to something more for less than $30. There are not enough sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but such umbrellas will not save you from the sun, sunbeds must be occupied at 06:30, after there are already free places for the whole day no, it’s the same near the pool. The most interesting thing is that your sunbed can be taken away and the hotel employees can do it themselves, just give it to someone else. There's a line in the cafeteria, a line everywhere. There are not enough dining tables and cutlery. From the poles there are only sea, sun, animation.

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff of the hotel on my own behalf. Because I look at the comments and I don't find it right to criticize the staff. We stayed for 7 nights on 26-08-2023 / 02-09-2023. And we generally choose this hotel every 2 years. In other years, we try new places. As in every hotel, if you have a request, the employees try to help as much as they can. Whatever we requested, everything was helpful. I will write my clear personal opinion at length. If you read before thinking about going, you can make your decision accordingly. The cost in our country is known. In my opinion, this is the best hotel to go to at the best price, all-inclusive, right under the sea's feet. I hope the figures will fit into our budget next year as well. If you pay around 4 times for better quality, you can find a better one. The sea is sandy and I have not been able to swim as comfortably in the hotels I went to that paid 3-4 times the price because of the pebbles and rocks. There are small rocks at the entrance to a very small part of the sea. It's not at a size that would cause any problems. On the contrary, there are rocks as you move forward, but it won't be a problem for those who know how to swim. There is no job for those who cannot swim. Those who can swim comfortably can have a pleasant time at the actual beach part. Every year we go, we ask for a room with a sea view if possible, and if it is available, they always give it to us. If I feel any odor or gloom when I enter the room, they immediately give me another room. Personal preference, the most important thing for me is the spaciousness of the room when I first enter. This year we stayed in room 1212 and it was nice. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are old. I know this, and because I know this, I go because it is my choice according to my budget. We have never encountered a dirty room or bathroom on any of our visits. Being old is one thing, being dirty is another. Despite this, I take my bleach with me, even if it is a 5-star hotel, and do a small cleaning in the bathroom before settling into the room. I also make sure to disinfect cabinets, door handles, etc. I can only feel inside myself because I know there are others left. Sheets etc yes old. I don't understand whether there is a rule that says being old prevents use. Some people said something while commenting. Even if they say it's dirty, that's different. I can't say anything about it, but I wonder why it would bother if it's old. But the thing I pay most attention to is the smell of the sheets and there is not even a smell of cleaning. In my opinion, it is washed so cleanly that even the detergent does not have a strong unpleasant odor. This gives me comfort. And yet, I brought my own sheet and pique pillowcase and used the bed as comfortably as if we were at home. They come to clean the rooms every day. Since I disinfect the rooms myself, I do not even request cleaning if we see the cleaner. I say don't clean it if possible. But if you do not inform us otherwise, our door was knocked every day and if we were not in the room and did not see the cleaner, the cleaning was done :-))))). As for the food, I have to be honest for years and I don't like the taste of the food at all. I don't know if the products are of good quality. But it doesn't suit my palate at all. But for life

We escaped for 3 days from there. We would have fled to the first one, but we waited a long time for a response from the tour operator. The room has torn curtains, a shower that works into the wall, not at you, pillows made of crumpled cotton wool, a non-working refrigerator and plaster that crumbles to the floor. Nowhere to dry clothes. In the dining room there is dirt, dirty, holey tablecloths, lack of plates (photo of the line behind them), appliances, sour (yesterday's) food and a hellish place where there is an automatic coffee machine, tea and a cooler. I am attaching a photo (. Potato is not cinder, but rot). By the pool there are sun loungers with dirty mattresses, on the beach it is not better - from the material for bags of a salesman. The only plus of the hotel - located near the sea, the lagoon. In defense, I will say - the curtains were changed, the shower was repaired. (But this did not change the situation much). Someone said that they were moved to the central building with a modern elevator and it was a little better there. But not much. Some of the guests thumped so as not to notice all this. From such food, I was really scared for the health of my child and mine. Water only in coolers. Their purity is highly questionable. The guide suggested that I go to eat in a cafe across the road and buy wine myself, in a store. The guides themselves do not eat there. Also, by the way, a plus is that there is a market nearby, ATMs and a pharmacy not so far away, with a Russian-speaking pharmacist.

The hotel itself is good, for families, the animation is chic, they entertain both children and adults from morning to night. Nutrition, I think, as in all fours, that is, turkey chicken from meat, apples, oranges, and watermelons from fruits. The rest of the menu is varied. We definitely didn't go hungry. But here are the numbers! This is their main disadvantage, they don’t want to clean up at all, they never changed the bed for a week of stay, towels were only changed once upon request, the floors are practically not washed, for visibility they will pass with a mop. But the territory of the hotel is licked, everything shines with cleanliness. Otherwise, everything is OK, the sea is clean, warm, we mostly swam at a nearby hotel. If you are ready to turn a blind eye to the dirt in the rooms, then go!

It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. The staff is careless and sullen. Even the aunt who makes the pancakes is sulking. People are lining up to grab the table with cutlery 15 minutes before the meal time. You wait until the meal time. The waiters laugh at this situation of the people. You have to. There is no hygiene in the rooms, there is not even a trash can. You have to be careful on the salad floor. Grass and ****s came out of it. The waiters were told, they did not care. The official was contacted but a satisfactory CV was not obtained. It is not a hotel that can be visited, you are disgraced with your money
