Very disappointed 😔 the y didn't do house keeping properly....... found butterfly under pillow, didn't clean up properly...the curtain have holes

We chose this hotel because of its location. Near Bukit Bendera, Away from the busy streets of Pulau Pinang. Free parking. By the time we arrived at 7pm, there’s ample parking lots within the hotel. However, in the morning, the parking lots were occupied by those who patronize the market nearby but cleared by noon. Easy check-in. They even have a self check-in kiosk. They served simple breakfast which is fine by us. If you’re a big eater, there’s many eateries nearby. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
