Amazing stay at Napa Plaza! The staff were so friendly, the beds were super comfy! And I LOVED the iced vanilla lattes haha. Highly recommend staying here, perfect location for everything around you as it’s all walking distance! I can’t wait to come back again

What an amazing stay at the Napa Plaza! Everything was just so wonderful! The Rooms were clean and spacious with the MOST comfortable bed, for a perfect night's sleep. The aesthetics of the hotel were stunning and the breakfast was exceptional and this is coming from a very fussy vegetarian, I was so pleasantly surprised to see not just 1 but 3 types of alternative milk not to mention the endless selection of delicious food. The hotels Pepper Lounge Bar was outstanding from the cocktails to the delicious food - a must try!!! But the most memorable for me was Andreas and Mami who went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed and could not do enough to help us and ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you both, I hope to see you again some day!

I had the most incredible stay at napa plaza. The service was exceptional. Greeted with refreshing drinks upon arrival after a long flight, the concierge was so fun! Extremely helpful, explained everything very well and helped us with luggage. The breakfast blew my mind away! The variety was incredible. The best food ever. The breakfast staff were also kind enough to grab some syrup from the bar for my iced coffee which I am very grateful for. The bedrooms were kept so clean and tidy for us, the house keepers were very fun and friendly. Overall I am so so happy with my stay and would highly recommend☺️ thank you for having us and thank you to all of the amazing staff! Nisha xxxx

I must start by saying I'm a Independant Travel agent so giving a open a honest review is essential, and I can not praise the Napa plaza hotel and staff enough we stayed in a junior suite room which wonderfully spacious had a great spa bath which was spacious enough for 2 , the beds were very conformable along with lovely bedding , the chocolate dipped strawberries we had in our room were divine ! We had a wonderful terrace space which caught the sunshine wonderfully if you don't fancy being by the pool , but I can't forsee that for the pool is beautiful and has plenty of sunbeds all around located right next to a very relaxing chilled vibing bar we a various of seating including cure little egg chairs , the cocktails and drinks very lovely all premium brands nothing was ever to much trouble at the bar very accommodating to my partners request of a takeaway Irish coffee each evening which was divine, the buffet on the all inclusive was very asceticly pleasing and just as fresh and delicious to taste with a good range of choices, some extra fresh fruit possibly melon /grapes would really complete the fruit bar , they had a lovely little cheeseboard section aswell and bubby wine to use as you like throughout all dining seatings, all salad was crisp and fresh and the bonus of being able to eat in the other restaurants attached to the hotel also makes a lovely change and gives you that change of scenery nothing but high praise for all the restaurants , The spa and gym areas were lovely and clean and had plenty on offer a must do is the massage at the spa so extremely relaxing and therapeutic, the whole hotel was just outstanding in such a perfect location right in the centre of everything yet it's hidden away and you wouldn't notice it was even there as a hotel and although it's right by bar street and the main square noise was never a issue for us . The lovely robes were welcomed in the room aswell , but the thing that really does make this hotel stand out is how welcoming ,friendly and accommodating all the staff at Napa plaza are the lovely porter guy with a great sense of humour had me laughing daily and Andry was so very very helpful and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure meeting everyone , we can't wait for a return stay here later in the year highly recommend the all inclusive package aswell as drinks and food were FANTASTIC! , as a couple that stays in napa 8-10 times a year I can honestly say this has been bar far the best accommodation we have stayed due to location , food ,drinks ,staff the whole hotel was just wonderful.. I've just returned from a great holiday in aiya nappa plaza,the staff were fantastic everyone I came in to contact with were very courteous and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them . It is a hidden gem fronted by three great restaurants in the centre of the town. I would definitely return Thank you

This hotel is my favourite! Andreas the porter is so funny and helpful, zorbas in marketing was very helpful and made great arrangements for us. The food is also amazing! The location is perfect and it's close to a variety of things. Staff are very helpful also
