This Historic Hotel was perfect , location was so beautiful, the courtyard was something out of a romantic novel , the food was delicious , , our Host was so charming and welcoming we could not have wished for more ,it was a dream destination,Perfect Place

The place and the surroundings are astonishing! The old building it has been restored recently but kept all old features and charm. The entire neighbourhood is fantastic. we had drinks on the terrace, such a calming atmosphere! don't skip this place while in Ayvalik!

I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it! There is a charming vibe about this lovingly and diligently restored house. The attention to detail and hard-work that has restored this old house makes it a beautiful boutique hotel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring this outstanding and incredibly charming ‘old town’. The hosts were fantastic and my wife, children and I were completely as ease relaxing in the shaded garden or chilling in the various alcoves with a drink and a book. The organic, homemade produce and catering was first class! I can highly recommend the family suite in the separate flat, this great space enables parents and small ones their own spaces after bedtime and makes it feel like your own house, the private balcony is a real bonus!! If you’re considering staying definitely do it, it’s first class and in a superb location.

Nicely decorated, lovely and clean rooms. In the heart of Ayvalik very close to all famous cafes and restaurants. Better than many ones in Cunda. Parking is a general problem in Ayvalik and Cunda area especially in the season but they have told us a place near the mosque (300m) for parking. You have to carry the laggueses down all the way but it wasnt a big problem for us. We will stay again.

9-13 Eylül arası eşim ile Ayvalık Merkez'de Macaron Konağı adlı butik otelde konakladık ve tek kelime ile harika idi. Lokasyon açısından sessiz güzel bir sokakta olmasına tağmen hemen yan sokakta güzel kafeler ve yerel kahveciler var. Tam bir eski konak, odalar yüksek tavan ve ***et bakımlı. Güzel bir arka bahçesi var, yeşillikler içinde ***et yüksek kalite bir kahvaltı sunuluyor. Hemen 100 metre iletisinde de ücretsiz otoparkı var. Konağı işleten aile ise çok tatlı insanlar ve her türlü yönlendirne ve yardımı yapıyorlar. Temizlik, ortam, hizmet ve yemek kalitesi ile çift olarak her mevsim gidip pişman olmayacağınız bir yer. Biz Eylül ayında okullar açılınca gittiğimiz için, sarmısaklı plajı da çok güzeldi.
