We are stayed in may 2024 Very nice location e and food quality was also improved. I stayed earli er also in 2023 but there is a need of improvement in food quality which was improved. very nice palace staffs are very kind and helpful children can play indoors and outdoors games with safety

Food was average. Desserts and continental items were below standard though we always got hot rotis. Plus they were mindful of what we wanted No entertainment activities like fishing , walks , yoga , cultural programs etc. the heating was not consistent in rooms and kept switching off and on. service was excellent. We asked for a barbecue to be organised. Your staff did a brilliant job. Mainly very very sad desserts at the breakfast and dinner buffet . Zero baking skills.

Waking up to the sound of the river was so soothing. The views were stunning, and the a**osphere was so relaxing. It was the perfect getaway! Surrounded by mountains, it's the perfect place to relax and have fun. The spa is amazing, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend for a great time!

Such a beautiful and serene place by the river. I woke up to beautiful sound of gushing water and chirping birds and I loved every minute of my stay. Food is amazing and staff are very hospitable. My little one enjoyed the play area tok.The best place that I stayed so far.

Great property, very good food and hospitality. The staff is very friendly and service oriented. Possibly the only five star property in ***ali, the Beas river is just adjacent and provides a fantastic view and experience

Great place to visit. Loved how staff took care of us during our visit. Delicious food and awesome facilities. Cozy bar and play area were superb. Would prefer to visit every time we are in kullu.

Excellent property. Superb staff...each and every person. Chef Sher Singh, F&B head Raj Kumar, ***ager Puneet Kashyap and rest of the staff...great hospitality,great food, superb location next to Beas away from the din of ***ali. Nice cosy bar and well stocked library as well as the boutique.Must visit . Would love to return to the same place again.

This place is amazing specially location as week as staff they were really friendly and supportive special mention to the food which was really good they have lots of space for recreational activities where you can spend your holidays in the lap of nature

The Span Resort Hotel , recommended by one of our friends for our ***ali trekking trip of 2023, was a huge plus for all of us, a total of 6 good friends. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights .The hotel was, in every way, a very well designed property , big walking grounds ***** the free flowing river side on 1 side , the sound of the river flow as an added attraction for nature lovers. The Villa rooms were superb in the their individual decor layout, the double beds very very comfortable, attached bathrooms very big and nice. We got a 3 bedroom interconnected Elite villas that worked out splendidly for our group. The ***agement and staff were very professional and courteous, attending to our every needs. Kudos to all of them. Our request for a bonfire each night to battle the cold evenings were met without any fuss. The restaurant facing the river banks was very nicely laid out, the breakfast variety could be improved on, the fact that the huge damage done to the roads leading to ***ali town really has reduced the occupancy levels of every existing hotel, the Span included. That said, the overall experience I had in the Span Resort ***ali will go down as of one of my best moments of the trip. A truly remarkable Resort in every sense. Would easily recommend the property to any one planning a trip to ***ali.
