I booked a turtle room good for one person. The location of the hotel is in the city center and just across the city’s SM mall.

The location is good, just in front of SM baguio. The room is a bit small and the towels are not super white. One of their advantage is their staff. They were all great and accommodating. The parking space is small you need to leave your key to the reception. The staff will help you park and move it in parking area. Over all it’s a good stay.

Modern design. They have room food service. I like the balcony on mid priced rooms. Overall nice stay but the room is quite smaller than other hotels but very cozy so it’s ok.

We enjoyed our stay at G1 because its location is beautiful and it is clean. Every time we have a sstaycation, I immediately check if the cr is clean and the g1 is clean. And burnham park and sm baguio and what else is just walking distance. Then the staff are kind. They always say hello. Will repeat again♥️

The room is very good and the balcony is also very satisfactory

You really are paying for the location so take advantage of it. Overall, it was a great experience. You have variety of choices for breakfast. The internet connection works well. Oh after checking out, they ask you to stay for a moment while the housekeeper goes through the room to make sure you didn't leave anything! Thanks to this, I didn't lose my necklace!

After 2 days of staying, we chose to extend, the room that was given to us was not the one that they showed us instead they gave us a smaller room, while we booked a bigger one and claimed that the room that they showed was booked by other visitors. They did not even offer to make things up, instead insisting that they were correct, and the supervisor refused to speak with us. If you plan to stay in Baguio, I strongly advise you not to book this hotel. Not only will you receive poor service, but also poor hotel facilities and food.

The check in sucks! I need to ask so many times before they finally check if the room is available.Never again

Maybe they could provide a better parking area in the future and rooms need some upgrading but all in all, i would still recommend G1 lodge
