Staff were very helpful and polite. My family felt welcomed and respected. But few things could be improved at the hotel. Specially not having microwave inside the room was a big issue for us.

Only thing I like was breakfast. Other than that the room was not the same with the picture, it had 4 beds and I really annoyed the change. Faucets were not working, towels were old vice versa.

The cleanliness of the property, particularly the bathroom, leaves much to be desired. The restroom consistently emits an unpleasant odor, and the shower is far from pristine. Moreover, there is a lack of amenities such as a holder for personal care items like shampoo in the shower. The staff's cleaning routine is limited, as they only replenish essentials like water, paper towels, and toilet rolls without performing daily cleaning.
On a positive note, the property does serve a satisfying breakfast. Its location is also convenient as it is close to restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay here. The staff were excellent, doing all they could to help us. Our room was very clean with good linen, and the breakfast was fantastic.
It is located in an area surrounded by shops and heaps of food places.
Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location near Jomhuriet St., considered the city's most popular part. The staff was friendly and helpful, however, could not speak English. The room was spacious enough to be comfortable. Breakfast was kind of basic and enough. In the high season, you might have to wait to find an empty table as the saloon is small. Disliked · The drawback was showering, the water turned to hot and cold every 10 seconds it seemed to be a mechanical problem. The AC was unavailable, but there was a fan in the room. You should know that because of the area, always sound of the street can be heard. The parking is a place without a roof about 50 meters far from the hotel. There were just 2 power outlets in the room one of them used for the fridge.

New & clean room but several fixtures in the bathroom were beginning to fall apart. For a hotel in the city known for its wonderful breakfast culture, the breakfast served was far below standard.
