We had a dump reserved in Baie Comeau and our rooms were let out before we arrived. What a save. Then we looked what was available on the July 1st weekend and found this one. It is off the main drag and the staff very friendly. The room was with 2 doubles for us and 2 kids. Room is great and the price very reasonable considering this was on a bank holiday weekend. WiFi satisfied the kids so what else does one want. Some of the rooms have been refurbished and beds comfortable-

It was not a place I would stay again unless I was stuck. No ice in machine and the guy on front desk didn’t speak much English. We felt like we were in the shining walking down the hall, I feel like it hasn’t been updated inside since the 70’s, the bathtub was stained and the back of the toilet , I didn’t feel comfortable there.

Chambre insalubre, énormes taches de? sur les draps, aucun ménage effectué, taches sur les murs, bas des murs dégradés par l’humidité endroit à déconseiller , déjà eu plusieurs plaintes. Je ferai parvenir des photos prouvant ce que j’ai commenté.

L hotel en pert avec les annee!! Les chambre de la nouvelle section son pire que dans la vielle, aucune insonorisation on entant tous se qui se passe au 2e, bain et lavabo etacher comme s'ils avais 60 ans d usure, la cafetière et micro-onde son branché sur une powebar qui elle es brancher sur une autre donc sa saute tout le temps, matelas vraiment pas confortable
