We absolutely loved centerparcs Paris! We booked it as a hotspot for getting to and from Disney. The grounds were incredible, and so many things to do. I wish we had spent a little more time here. Price was extremely reasonable for what we got. The cottage was large and clean, located to the West side of the parc. All staff spoke English and were polite. Negatives - I would’ve preferred the golf carts to be cheaper. It’s an expansive site. - Showers at the swimming pool couldn’t get hot. Also there was a terrible smell in the changing room, presumably from an old soiled nappy. It was there for the duration of our swim (about 1-2hrs), would’ve expected someone to check and remove it.

It's a mix bag in term's of reviews, having now stayed their I understand why. Starting with the park there no doubt its beautiful so much nature the seting is quite surreal. The facilities and activities are also excellent and what most would come to expect from a centre parcs. In regards to accommodation our Premium cottage was nice and not to unclean but this is hit and miss as some a very poor but this comes down to the cleaning staff so be prepared for this.. It's also very conveniently located to Disneyland, only a 15 min bus journey away and the buses run virtually all day and night. It's also very easy to get to having driven from the UK, It's not far from the main road which is ideal to visit supermarkets etc. One of our family favorite places on site was the Farm, such a lovely farm with play areas and great activities you can see the animals are very well looked after. Its just such a shame they dont seem to want to look after people! the same way. What let's this place down and in a big way is their customer service. With the exception of a few individuals such as staff running the kids activites 'shout out to the lovely lady running the chocolate making class.... however having said that the majority of staff are just very rude, there just not interested in improving your hoilday experience, they may as well be robots as they want to intract with people as little as possible. I just don't think the management of the park seem to get how important customers 'FRIENDLY' service is and means to people. I can't stress how much it can be the difference between a 1 star or a 5 star experience to that off your paying guests, the least you can do is smile while you take people's hard eared money. Luckly for me and my immediate family we didnt let this ruin our family hoilday but i can really see how it can. Having visted at the same time as my extended family the experience they got was shocking but its not my story to tell, but they will be writing their own review. From my personal experience, i would recommend this place but I would caution people about there customer service and staff at this park. It's easy to write back to the reviews as they do and say sorry etc and hope we visit again in the future blah blah blah. However i really hope you acttually do because this place could be amasing. I will be coming to visit again in a year or two and i really hope to see improvements in this area.

Half term family holiday. VIP cottage had everything we needed. Swimming pool amazing. Unfortunately lot of rain but despite weather still thought place was amazing. Hired golf cart which we found useful and fun. Farm and indoor play good for children. Also booked action factory and boys loved the climbing wall. Used activity voucher for bowling. Swimming pool was best I've ever visited. Especially the outdoor lazy river and pool had something for all ages. Being surrounded by nature and hearing wildlife all around us was just great. You do need to watch where you are walking to avoid wildlife poo, but not unexpected staying at nature parc.

We love it here. So much to do, really clean, totally beautiful and peaceful. We’ve been twice now and stay half for Centerparcs experience and half to visit Disney. It’s works perfectly. We stay in a VIP cottage and really recommend it, but people we were with also stayed in a premium cottage, and that seemed nice too. Can’t comment on comfort accommodation. Water park/ pool is fantastic. People who complain about the wildlife have completely overlooked that this place is a nature reserve. So there are a few ants. Really not a big deal. However staff can be rude and dismissive, and customer service is not great, but the setting more than makes up for it. Really recommend hiring bikes and/or golf buggy. Restaurants are expensive, so recommend visiting Val de Europe shopping centre to buy food. The bakery makes good baguettes, so bread and cheese for lunch is perfect. There is a Facebook group that helps you make the most of your trip.

The property was a lovely size and the pool, farm, restaurants, soft play etc was lovely. However being a “car free” holiday I expected to only see cars in carparks and driving mostly on the perimeter roads, not to be dodging cars with my children because people want to park their cars outside their lodges. The management did nothing to remove these people to carparks (threats of towing on signs, I think not) even though they were parked there for 4 days and overnight etc. The walks to the lodges were long and poorly lit also which isn’t ideal with small children which let down this property for me. In our room the toaster was missing, missing teapot lid, no filter in the coffee machine and the shower was a death trap, the glass was off of the runners and hanging on by a thread. We reported all of these and only the toaster was sorted in the 4 nights we were there. Whilst the pool is beautiful, I was unfortunately unable to swim and there are NO places for spectators to sit unless you go to the pool in swimwear and sit on a chair. I was pointed to a viewing window which was a pane of glass with no seats and covered in foliage.. you can see nothing. I had high hopes for it being as it’s a centre parcs but unfortunately we probably won’t be returning with small children.

We were a little worried about going here, having read some online reviews but shouldnt have been. The accomodation was just as pictured, pool and play areas were great, activities well run amd staff all very lovely. We dodnt have a car but the onsite supermarket catered for our needs, with the only exception being no availability of simple medication. There are a few rough edges here and there but it is a huge development with a high turnover of visitors which costs considerably less than the UK equivalents.

Had a great family stay here. Done 4 days in Disney first then came to Les Villages Nature for 5 days. Lots to do here so can always keep busy or chill. Overall the cottage was in good condition, but finer details like pulling out the couches and the beds to clean properly underneath would make it better. There was only one fan so it would be good to have two, one for each room when it is warm of an evening. Restaurants are quite expensive, but what you would expect. The supermarket Franprix on site is good value for a lot if stuff. We would recommend here and return.

It was a great stay and the swimming and facilities were great. Only downside was we reported a very bad smell in the bathroom with the toilet in on our second day. Maintenance did come and we communicated via Google translate and were told they would return that day to repair the silicone sealant around the shower and not to use the shower in that bathroom. They never returned and we spent the rest of our week using the shower over the bath in the other bathroom and avoiding using the toilet in our cottage due to the bad smell.
