The rooms for 3 people are very small and the beds are not even 90 cm. and the folding less. Correct bathroom. Very friendly staff. Correct breakfast for the price but without even bad coffee because the coffee maker had broken down a while ago. The pool, although small, is appreciated for refreshing. Good location as you have buses nearby, a supermarket on the street below and close to the seafront. Nice building but needs updating

The hotel surprised us very much, negatively. The fact that they have photos of numbers on their website and in reality are two different things. The furniture in the rooms is already old and shabby, the rooms require renovation, there are plastic windows, or rather the door, which should close with a 15 cm gap))) we had room 34. There is a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom, and the plumbing is leaking. The shower stall also does not close completely. The hairdryer is old and barely dries, it probably dates back to Soviet times. The air conditioner is also aged and very noisy, it is impossible to sleep at night with the air conditioner on. I repeat this is a 4 star hotel. And we expected something completely different, not 2 stars. It's a shame that we overpaid for nothing and didn't get comfort. We vacationed in September 2022. We do not recommend the hotel. The pool they are so proud of is very, very small, only 2 people can swim in it at the same time, and then swimming is a strong word. Also, the water there is not very clean. They don't give out bathrobes, the towels are gray, not fluffy, but rough, stained, they're just old, they're washed, but no one has canceled old age. It's time to do some repairs.

A simple, small, and quiet hotel. The hotel is small and resembles ancient Levantine houses, with a swimming pool and some rooms’ views of the central courtyard. Since it is relatively high, the sea can be seen from it in some rooms. Its price is very reasonable. It requires a car to reach it.

Мы спонтанно решили поехать на Новогодние праздники в БАКУ и совсем не прогадали! Очень красивый город и летом и зимой! Были в первый раз, гостиницу выбрали очень удачно по всем параметрам. Местоположение очень близко к центру 2-3 мин на машине, обслуживание супер. Администратору Сеймуру отдельная благодарность от нас всех! Завтраки вкусные с прекрасным видом на Каспийское море! Будем обязательно всем советовать этот отель и сами если будем в тех краях, обязательно заедем!
