Facilities: Generally speaking, it is useless. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. The variety of food is a bit poor. The most delicious ones are biscuits.
Health: Not bad, very clean
Environment: Not in the downtown area, but it’s more convenient to take a taxi
Service: The overall service level in Azerbaijan is very average. If you don’t have expectations, you won’t be disappointed😞
It is worth mentioning that the hotel did not know that the rights were exchanged for early check-in and breakfast. You can do this after communicating with customer service later.

The hotel is surrounded by wealthy areas, very safe, the hotel has complete facilities, just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and there are many types of breakfast. The overall feeling is worthy of the price. It is not convenient to eat and shop around.

The room was not that clean. There was some stain on the bed sheet and smell on the carpet. The furnitures are broken. The staff has No hospitality at all. The room service was slow. The breakfast option was very limited. For 4days stay most of breakfast are only egg 😅. They said bf is start at 8am but at 8:15am it is still not open, we need to ask someone to open it so we can have breakfast before going to our tour, maybe if we don’t ask they will not open. The staff doesn’t even greet you or apologize for any inconvenience. I request for early check but the room was not ready which we understand so we went out and came back at 3:15pm but end up waiting again, the service was very slow and when I received the room key total disappointment. I requested for higher floor and nonsmoking but they gave me lower floor and smoking room. The hotel is far away from the main city so nothing interesting to do around the area. Even park are far from the area so if you want to explore better to take taxi and go to main baku city. Overall stay was disappointing, will definitely not select this hotel in the future. We book this hotel because of the reviews we read but seem some of them are not real review! Not recommended at all!

Worst hotel experience ever, from the location a noisy late night restaurant to the drunken fights outside your room!!! strong stench of sewage in the room, mold in the shower cabin, musty smell of towels that are given one per person in a 4-star hotel(!) Met us, showed us one room, and in fact moved us into another The hotel administration could not settle the noisy guests who were behind our wall until two in the morning! The bed for two was completely unprepared, the two mattresses kept moving apart and it was not possible to sleep together The overall clean is questionable, dust on the windowsill, dirty carpeting, hair on the bed I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
