Good breakfast, friendly staff. Beddings have not changed for 8 days, have been locked up again. At the time of the check-in there was not quite fresh, maybe not a qualitative washing.
The manager Fredrick is the nice young man that will help you with all kinds of problems that might occur in Cuenca. He is super dedicated to his job and he is always there. Hard working and friendly. The hotel is a colonial mansion with all the modern amenities. No need for electronics to alter the nostalgic look and feel. I told Fredric that I will go back he told me it will be peak so call ahead. Looks like I won’t be able to I’m sorry.
