BosomWorldThis hotel wasnât the most expensive one Iâve booked, yet it delivered the best experience by far. Perched on a cliff, it is fully equipped with complete facilities and surrounded by stunning scenery. The hotelâs bougainvillea blends seamlessly with the natural surroundings. You can witness four distinct breathtaking views throughout the day â morning, noon, afternoon and sunset, with the sunset being exceptionally gorgeous and perfect for photos.
The hotel staff are incredibly warm; they are the most thoughtful and friendly service workers I encountered during my entire trip across Indonesia. All the hotel restaurants serve fantastic food. The main restaurant offers Asian, Italian and even Chinese cuisine, which suits the taste of our Chinese family perfectly. The Kiks Seafood Restaurant in the evening stands out especially, serving the most delicious grilled seafood I have ever tasted.
Compared with Ayana in Bali, the service here is superior. The staff are more welcoming and always wear smiles, making me feel right at home. There are never too many guests, so it never feels crowded. Whether you are dining, relaxing on a lounge chair, playing in the swimming pool, wandering along wooden boardwalks, joining sunset tours or enjoying sea activities, everything feels comfortable, free and laid-back the entire time. This is what a real vacation ought to be like. I donât even need to travel elsewhere; spending five or six days staying inside this hotel would be absolutely perfect.
The hotel also provides a full range of recreational activities. We only stayed for two days and left wishing we could stay longer. The housekeeping staff folded adorable monkey and animal shapes out of towels for us. Without a doubt, this is the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed in, and the only one Iâm eager to revisit. Thank you so much to everyone here, and I will be back again.

First off, the hotel's facilities are all new, the shower pressure is great, and the pool and restaurant experience were pretty good, with nice views. Those are definitely positives. However, a few frustrating points gave me a really bad experience. Firstly, the soundproofing in the hotel is terrible. I stayed for three nights, and one night, the European guests next door started pushing chairs around, running, and screaming like crazy from about 11 PM until 1 AM. The hotel's floor staff didn't intervene at all until I called the front desk at 12:30 AM and asked them to send security. It finally quieted down about 30 minutes after that. Secondly, the check-out experience was an absolute disaster. I went to check out at 11 AM, and there were two front desk staff members assisting two sets of guests. The key issue was how incredibly slow they were. One staff member kept running off to find a supervisor for confirmation, while the other kept promoting tourist excursions. My group and three other groups waiting to check out had to wait almost 50 minutes before it was our turn. During this time, I repeatedly told the staff that I needed to get to the airport quickly, but there was no improvement. The other groups checking out were in a similar situation, all rushing to the airport. Another crucial point is that while I was checking out, I had already asked the customer service staff to book a car for me to the airport. They even told me the car had arrived and was waiting. But when I finished checking out, I was told that my car had been used by another guest! I was already in a huge rush to get to the airport, and the staff knew this, yet they still let another guest use my car. In the end, I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes, which resulted in me missing my flight and having to rebook! So, for the service at this hotel, I can only give 0 points. The staff at this hotel seem to offer service with a smile, but they have no way of solving customer problems, plus the check-out experience, which involved waiting almost an hour for a car, was just awful.

I really regret not discovering this hotel sooner! The hotel has a very quiet, Southeast Asian vibe. The service is also much better than hotels near the main tourist street. They offer yoga classes, morning Zumba on the beach, and even a diving club.
I stayed at three different hotels in Labuan Bajo, and if I come back, this will be my top choice. The only thing to watch out for is mosquitoes in the room, but the front desk will provide mosquito coils if you ask.

Our stay in the Mountain View cabin with private pool was amazing. Awesome view from the room across to the balcony and pool. It was very relaxing to just keep cool in the pool and/or having breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the view. The room, shower etc were spacious and clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Iâll be coming back to stay in this room again.

Came here for diving and stayed for four nights. The hotel is super close to both the pier and the dive shops, and the price was really good. I booked a year in advance, paying just over 200 RMB per night. The room was spacious. The air conditioning made some noise occasionally, but the showerhead was great with strong water pressure, making for a comfortable shower. However, the tap water here was incredibly bitter when I used it for rinsing my mouth. I initially thought all the tap water in Komodo was like that, but I realized it wasn't when I switched hotels â only their water was bitter. After that, I used bottled water for rinsing. The bedding was decent, and the service was a bit laid-back, but overall, it's great for the price! I mainly chose it for the large balcony, which was perfect for drying my clothes after diving every day.

Alex wangailongOur original plan was to stay at this hotel, but an unexpected storm caused our boat to be cancelled, preventing us from reaching the island on time. While we were anxious, the hotel's customer service proactively reached out to us. Not only did they express sincere concern, but they also surprisingly arranged complimentary accommodation for us at a partner hotel on the main island until the weather improved and ferry services resumed.
Even though we couldn't check in as planned, their handling and service throughout the process were exemplary. They consistently communicated patiently, actively coordinated, and did their best to alleviate our inconvenience and anxiety. This genuine customer-centric approach left a far deeper impression than a smooth check-in ever could.
Although the weather left us with a slight regret, it also allowed us to personally experience the hotel's unexpected level of responsibility and attentiveness. This crisis management capability and sincerity alone are enough to make us confident in their service quality. We will definitely find another opportunity to experience the hotel's charms firsthand next time!

Guest User1. The hotel environment is superb, with a picturesque pool facing the sapphire blue sea â a great place for swimming and enjoying the view.
2. The room is spacious with large windows, directly overlooking the beautiful pool. Lying in bed and admiring the scenery is incredibly refreshing.
3. Breakfast is plentiful, and the setting is pleasant.
4. My biggest thanks go to all the hotel staff. When they learned I had been stung by a sea urchin, they all met to enthusiastically help, providing vinegar, salt, hot water, and a basin, allowing me to get timely treatment. Thank you again!

Guest UserLoved everything at Eco Tree. The only downside was the Wi-Fi connection, as it was a bit unstable and tended to disconnect frequently. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and welcoming service. The room was clean and neat. Loved every moment of our stay đ¤

Overall, this is a unique and memorable accommodation with a beautiful view, a cozy room, and genuinely friendly staff. One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experienceâshowering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasnât an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if youâre sensitive to noise.
I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and donât mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.

The room was really spacious and even had a balcony! It's super close to the airport and just around the corner from the main street. Out of all the places we stayed during our two weeks in Indonesia, this was definitely our favorite hotel! They cleaned our room every day, and the front desk staff always greeted us with a smile. When everyone you meet is smiling, it's impossible to be in a bad mood, right?! Hahahaha, I didn't take any hotel photos, only pictures of the beautiful Komodo scenery.
