"Its probably the most convenient hotel to get to get around this area. Room was ok for the price range. BUT, I have had the WORST time in this hotel. My room was on the second floor, right above the club just one floor down. I normally can endure a bit a noise , but this is at a whole new level because my bed was literary vibrating with the bass of the speakers below. And i though since it was impossible to sleep so i went to the club below and maybe have a drink, but when i went it, there were only 1 customer in there 🤣 . Really whats the point hahaha. Anyways i went back to the room and waited until 3am until the music stops and finally i could try and sleep...for 2 hours because need to check out and head to the port to board the boat. So thank you dejavu2.0 for the sleepless night."

Amazing
AAolifudaxiaojieReally liked it. I stayed in a villa for 1400 [currency, presumably local like IDR], and while it wasn't huge, it was beautiful and even came with a floating breakfast. Overall, the breakfast can't compare to Ayana's, but the accommodation offers good value for money. The laundry service was quick; my clothes were washed and returned to the room within three or four hours. Food deliveries aren't allowed in, so you have to pick them up yourself at the main entrance. The spa was just okay, more expensive than Canggu's and the technique wasn't as good. If you're just looking for a place to stay, I'd definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserMy overall stay at the Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was excellent! The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained with complete facilities. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The staff were warm and friendly. Both the room service and overall service were top-notch. The airport transfer was smooth and hassle-free, making getting around very convenient. The only minor drawback was that the hotel restaurant's food was just okay, nothing particularly special. Later, I tried some local trendy restaurants, but after eating there, my stomach wasn't feeling great. It made me realize that the hotel's dining was actually cleaner and felt much safer to eat. One suggestion: Ctrip bookings couldn't be synced with the official IHG app, which made it inconvenient for international guests to contact the hotel in advance, and the third-party replies were quite slow. After landing, the shuttle service wasn't clearly explained, so I ended up walking to the hotel. Overall, the hotel is modern, clean, reliable, and hassle-free. It's highly recommended for short trips, and I would definitely prioritize staying here again for future short getaways. For a longer, relaxing beach vacation, I might reconsider the location. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!

AAlex wangailongOur original plan was to stay at this hotel, but an unexpected storm caused our boat to be cancelled, preventing us from reaching the island on time. While we were anxious, the hotel's customer service proactively reached out to us. Not only did they express sincere concern, but they also surprisingly arranged complimentary accommodation for us at a partner hotel on the main island until the weather improved and ferry services resumed. Even though we couldn't check in as planned, their handling and service throughout the process were exemplary. They consistently communicated patiently, actively coordinated, and did their best to alleviate our inconvenience and anxiety. This genuine customer-centric approach left a far deeper impression than a smooth check-in ever could. Although the weather left us with a slight regret, it also allowed us to personally experience the hotel's unexpected level of responsibility and attentiveness. This crisis management capability and sincerity alone are enough to make us confident in their service quality. We will definitely find another opportunity to experience the hotel's charms firsthand next time!

AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

GGuest UserPros: 1. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent service. 2. There's a private snorkeling area, which was a great experience, especially since we didn't book a liveaboard. Cons: 1. No internet, no internet, no internet! Apart from a few rooms on the hilltop, most rooms have extremely poor mobile signal (you can barely receive messages). WiFi is only available at the front desk. The management's excuse is that they ”don't want external noise to disturb guests,” but it's one thing if I have it and choose not to use it, and quite another if I need it and it's not available. If you need to stay consistently connected, this hotel is definitely not for you. 2. Prices are quite high. Since it's on a private island, a slight markup is understandable, but sometimes the prices are ridiculously high. For example, the hotel organized a beach buffet for 700k Indonesian Rupiah, which is about 300+ RMB after tax. The seafood options were only grilled shrimp, squid, and fish (the first two were served very slowly), and the only meat was grilled chicken skewers. In contrast, on the main island, we bought two large lobsters, two mantis shrimp as thick as a woman's arm, and even got two free squids, all for just over 700 RMB.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent, close to the port and all restaurants and stores. Service was okay, the staff is very kind, but their amenities don't feel connected to the experience of the hotel. The spa has a very limited working time, the spa staff isn't helpful to find solutions, and the restaurant/bar is overpriced and has limited offer. The views from the highest rooms nust be nice though.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day. A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests. At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

GGuest UserOverall, this is a unique and memorable accommodation with a beautiful view, a cozy room, and genuinely friendly staff. One of the standout features is the private outdoor bathroom, which makes for a special experience—showering under the open sky and even catching a glimpse of the stars. The laundry service was also convenient and added to the overall comfort of the stay. There are a few practical considerations to keep in mind. The final stretch of road leading to the guesthouse is in poor condition; while it wasn’t an issue for me, it could be challenging for those who are not confident riding a scooter. Additionally, the nearby mosque broadcasts prayers late at night and early in the morning (around 4:45 am), which can be quite loud and may disrupt sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. I would recommend this place for travelers who appreciate unique stays and don’t mind the outdoor bathroom setup, the rough access road, or the early morning and nighttime noise.

GGuest UserWe slept well here and it was very quiet and good ac. Mosquito net helped as lots of them. Towels provided. We did get offered some banana pancake for breakfast, but had to dash so can’t comment, but: The room looked very different to the photos We arrived when raining and it was so slippery and dangerous in my opinion WiFi is practically non existent in the room - can’t even send a WhatsApp No hangers for clothes, so didn’t help with wet clothes when we arrived The paint on the walls is clearly water based so anything you hang up or touch turns white - see photo There is an incredibly steep hill to get here from the port, so recommend taxi or good shoes Cold shower only Overall, we have paid less for better accommodation in Indonesia and whilst basic and a decent place to rest our heads we couldn’t stay here again due to WiFi issues as needing to book ahead travel
