Nice facilities and pool. All you need was available. Clean and top size of the apartment!

Very nice comfortable and clean hotel. Lake view is magnificent. Nice breakfast. Good parking. Excellent position. Pool is not big but enough. Needs better pillows selection.

Location of hotel is great and the rooms were pretty clean although a little outdated and could do with some fixes. I had two light bulbs that were out and my shower door did not close properly. My room overlooked the breakfast terrace and so I was woken up most mornings by guests who had an early breakfast and staff setting up - scraping chairs across the floor and talking very loudly from 7am.

Driving from the Dolomites, it was already past 8pm when we arrived. Because the hotel was fully booked for the weekend, I found that the front desk was very unprofessional when I checked in. I booked a triple room plus a double room on the top floor with a view. , but all three rooms were given to standard rooms, which were completely inconsistent with the pictures of the hotel. After communicating for a long time, we were finally given the room that originally belonged to us. When the hassle was over, there was nothing to eat in the restaurant, and we had to go out of the hotel to eat. Pizza. The hotel's environmental facilities are first-class, and it's also marked with four stars. However, the rooms and interior decoration are very ordinary, maybe they are old. The Italian guy who drives the electric car is very cute. He drove us to see various room types while humming songs. It was also very nice. Complaining about the unprofessionalism of the front desk.
