GGuest UserDriving from the Dolomites, it was already past 8pm when we arrived. Because the hotel was fully booked for the weekend, I found that the front desk was very unprofessional when I checked in. I booked a triple room plus a double room on the top floor with a view. , but all three rooms were given to standard rooms, which were completely inconsistent with the pictures of the hotel. After communicating for a long time, we were finally given the room that originally belonged to us. When the hassle was over, there was nothing to eat in the restaurant, and we had to go out of the hotel to eat. Pizza.
The hotel's environmental facilities are first-class, and it's also marked with four stars. However, the rooms and interior decoration are very ordinary, maybe they are old. The Italian guy who drives the electric car is very cute. He drove us to see various room types while humming songs. It was also very nice. Complaining about the unprofessionalism of the front desk.

LLisa Richardson ManchesterI could not fault this hotel for its location and service. My room was basic but very clean and I had a lovely balcony to relax. The hotels terrace with the lake view was just stunning. As a female solo traveller the only slight thing that bothered me was the three minute road up to the hotel at night time was very dark but that is not owned by the hotel.
