5/5 Service! Exceptional staff and a great stay in Aqaba
Everything was great overall during my stay.
The team upgraded me for free to a deluxe room with a balcony right at check-in since my initial room wasn't quite ready.
The receptionist team was so sweet, and the room service staff were top-tier. I was under the weather with a sore throat, and they thoughtfully brought hot chamomile lemon tea with honey and extra bottled water straight to my room. That level of care is rare!
The only drawback was that the showerhead wasn't functioning (only the lower tub spout worked, so washing my hair took a bit of gymnastics!), but everything else in the room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend for the unmatched hospitality alone!

WENJIAI have to say that the service of this hotel is really good. However, the parking space is a bit less, although hotel staff have been trying to stay in the parking space.

Hotel location is very good, in the downtown business district, but some rooms are close to the road, the sound insulation is not very good. The quality of sleep at night is relatively poor, the hotel hot water is not too hot, and. Breakfast is too simple, basically nothing delicious.
