"The location is near Central Station, with many bars and restaurants nearby, and it's also very convenient for shopping. The electronic wardrobe is a big plus. The soundproofing is a bit poor; the noise from next door cleaning is quite noticeable. The bathroom doesn't have a door, and the shower area isn't properly separated, so water gets all over the bathroom and sink area."

"The hotel is old and far from the Dongcheng Road business district in Wang District, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk. Hotel facilities also began to age. When we checked in, some light bulbs in the room could not be bright, but the waiter quickly replaced the light bulbs for us. The bathroom has two showers, but one of them cannot be used. There is also a public microwave oven for guests to heat food. To clean the room, the room key needs to be placed in the box in the elevator or on the counter. Anyone can take the key, the security needs to be improved. The waiter was very polite. When we checked out at 4 am, he also helped us take a taxi to the airport, which was worthy of praise."

It was clean and the TV was big and it was good to be connected to Netflix ㅎ

It was good to have breakfast simply and especially until 10 o'clock. ㅎㅎ
However, the reason why one is taken from the facility ... ...
Toilet ㅜ When I traveled, I saw the first toilet in the hostel, but this time I was in a hurry and couldn't confirm it.
But there was a semi-transparent film attached.
If there is someone inside, the silhouette looks red and the sound is too good ...ㅎㅎㅎ
If you don't care about that, it's a great place to stay. ㅎ"

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel, perfect for introverts! It's a fully automated hotel, from parking to checkout, everything is self-service. I recommend entering only one name when checking in, as inputting punctuation can be a hassle when retrieving the room key. The complimentary beer service ends at 10 PM, and since we checked in after 10 PM, we missed out. It would be great if they could put it in the room instead. Breakfast is also self-service; you just go down and grab what you want. The selection isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up.

AAnonymous UserThe place was very clean and well equipped with the necessary amenities. There were 2 toilets that made it super convenient for us. Also the kitchen was well equipped for us to have our meals there. Getting from Daegu station was a short walk. One thing to note was the Aircon in the master room was making alot of noise so it was hard to sleep.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic experience at UH FLAT Daegu. The room was stunningly designed, spacious, and very aesthetic. I was particularly impressed with the high-end appliances and modern amenities, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff is meticulous and genuinely cares about their guests. I had a difficult situation where I left an item behind, and because I don't have a local Korean phone number, arranging shipping was nearly impossible for me. The team went above and beyond to help me coordinate the delivery to Seoul, solving a huge problem with such kindness and patience.
If you are looking for a place that combines style, comfort, and world-class hospitality in Daegu, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The staff were friendly. The location is close to a lot of attractions. The rooms were cleaned daily and the amenities were refilled every day. The breakfast and snack bar were pretty decent too. Excellent service overall.

CCathy W.This place is super close to Central Station, just a 1-2 minute walk, and the 401 bus stop for Daegu Airport is also nearby. The front desk is open 24 hours, and the staff are really friendly and helpful – you can even store your luggage there. Breakfast is simple but decent: cereal, coffee, toast, long-life milk, orange juice, and a choice of three Korean instant noodles, served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Dinner is from 6 PM to 9 PM. The room itself is very spacious and newly decorated, though there was a noticeable 'new decor' smell when we arrived, so we had to open the windows to air it out. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough, but the bathroom tended to pool water easily, and there wasn't much space to put clothes.

GGuest UserThe check-in staff spoke basic English, but other employees didn't. Room cleanliness was a major issue; while general tidiness was okay, a thorough cleaning was clearly lacking. On the first night, a staff member put my friend's pajamas inside the duvet, making them hard to find. The second night, they threw away my facial cleanser refill, which was the first time I've ever encountered a hotel discarding a guest's items. On the third night, no one cleaned the room, refilled the water, or emptied the trash. I tried calling reception, but communication was impossible. We had to go to the front desk in person and show them photos of the room's condition before they said they'd send someone to clean it. However, after waiting over ten minutes, no one showed up. We eventually confirmed that no one would be cleaning that day and we'd have to wait until the next. The trash wasn't emptied, and it took repeated requests to get water, which was delivered by a staff member with a rather poor attitude. We asked for water and a trash bag for our rubbish, but they gave us water and towels. Generally, many staff members don't speak English, making communication quite difficult.

The facilities in the room are also very complete, including a hair iron.
There is also a familiarization set, which comes with three bottles of water.
The bathroom also has a bathtub, which is quite large.
The surrounding area is the Hardware City, and a short walk away is the urban attractions, where there are many places to eat.
It's relatively close to the subway station. Breakfast is very simple, just bread and cereal.
