I felt truly welcomed during my stay — a special thanks to Ann, front desk for her kindness. She even wrote a thoughtful welcome card wishing me wonderful memories in Daegu. Although there were a few small inconveniences, the friendly smiles and excellent service from Ann and the rest of the staff made my stay outstanding. I happily give this hotel 5 stars and hope to return in the future again!

The front desk staff were warm and courteous, and check-in/check-out was handled very efficiently. They were also quick to respond to any issues. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the environment was quiet with good soundproofing, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. The facilities were well-maintained; the lighting and air conditioning worked perfectly. The value for money is excellent, making it a great choice for both leisure travel and a short stopover. Overall, my stay was comfortable and relaxing, with no complaints whatsoever. I stayed there on a business trip to Daegu! Since Daegu Airport flight attendants stay here, it seems to be a business hotel with a contract with an airline. The hotel building seems to be operated with a banquet hall and wedding hall. The interior of the guest rooms is a bit old, but the condition is clean! And the space is spacious, so there was a table that was good for having a beer with my coworkers. And parking is free if you register your vehicle number when checking in, Breakfast is served as a buffet in the banquet hall, and it was surprisingly delicious.

The room was spacious and comfortable. However, there was a noticeable amount of dust right by the entrance, which I had to pick up. I wish the cleaning was more thorough. Other than that, all the facilities were in good working order, so I had no issues during my stay. It was a nice bonus to have a Starbucks on site.
