I had a really wonderful and joyful staycation here. The place is exactly as advertised. The place is clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The sea view from the room is beautiful and perfectly matched the relaxing ambience of the place, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient with easy access to public transportation. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach whenever needed. I would happily recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

We booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.

My husband and I went on a business trip to Davao for a day to meet a supplier. We rushed to find a place to stay and came across Lian's Haven here on Trip. We booked it straight away. We didn't expect much from the place since we booked the room in a hurry, but lo and behold, the place is amazing! The host is very accommodating and easy to reach whenever we need assistance. The place offers more value than the price you pay, and my husband and I are beyond satisfied. We will surely book again. Highly recommended!

The owner is so generous and kind they allowa us to check in early because we arrive 8am and we have time to sleep they have food and drinks also and the place is peaceful and relaxing. Very good services.

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!

Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking. Booked 1 night for my daughter, room is spacious she said. People are courteous ☺️ she enjoyed the breakfast (she love pinoy food). Location is great!

The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!

At first, I thought it might be a bit weird, but I like how clean and clean it is, and I like it even more because my privacy is protected. And I plan to use it again next time.
