Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali Reviews

This is a new hotel located right on Kedonganan beach. Everything still looks new and there are some parts under construction. When we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Indah at the front desk and the check in process was very quick and easy. Everything I requested at the time of booking was well catered for. Upon entering the room, we were amazed by the spaciousness of the hotel room. The bed was very spacious and soft, very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The shower was very strong and as a plus, there was a bathtub. On our first night, the hotel crew surprised my wife, who happened to be celebrating a birthday. This is something we have never experienced during our stay at any hotel, a personal birthday surprise to my wife, which made her very touched. The hotel crew that I need to give appreciation to are: 1. Indah (receptionist) 2. Mr. Rocky (duty manager) 3. Liang (F&B service) 4. Rio (Beldriver) For those four names, we are very honored to get the surprise. Thanks guys! Too bad we didn't get a photo with you guys. Besides that, the gym, sauna and jacuzzi are our favorite spots. This hotel is definitely highly recommended. Besides its very strategic location.

Very good place and location

The hotel facilities are overall good, but there is a bit of a smell. I think the sewer and paint smell needs improvement. The service is also great.

Jimbaran itself is good. You can see the sunset every day and the location of this hotel is really good. There are some repulsive supermarkets around, but improvements are needed when it comes to the smell. I think it will become a good hotel if it is improved.

New hotel in Jimbaran. Located in front of Jimbaran beach. The room corridors are hot and smell of paint. Rooms are spacious and clean. You have to turn on the AC at full fan speed because the AC won't cool if you select auto. Electricity keeps turning on and off. The room balcony felt hot because of the wind from the AC compressor.

The location is right on Jimbaran Beach. Just across the road you will reach Jimbaran Beach, making it very convenient for eating and drinking.

The decoration is not exquisite, the door cracks are big, and the balcony sliding door is not good. If you book a sea view room, the hotel will give you the fifth floor first. The sea view room on the fifth floor cannot see the sea. Remember to ask for the eighth floor. The price is the same. of.

The newly renovated store smelled too much. The formaldehyde smell in the room made me dizzy and gave me a headache. The breakfast was just average.

Excellent for a couple of days, there are small ants but after asking to spray there were no more. The bathtub was dirty; they poured some kind of dirt into it and didn’t even rinse it, we didn’t use it, but it was strange not to clean it up. For some reason there is only one roll of toilet paper. The hotel has been converted from an old one. Swimming pool without sunbeds. Internet in the room was not very good. For a stay of 1-2 days is normal. There are no shops nearby. There is only one exchanger down the street.

Serious first review. The air conditioner in the room is too noisy, the service is enthusiastic, the hotel is newly renovated so the equipment and facilities are newer, and the breakfast options are very rich. Overall is good.
