Nice experience location a little far away from the beach

Hotel is really nice and good for price but it’s very far from everything around

Nice Place

Arrived to an uncleaned room))) in the morning the room was flooded with water 🤣 then everything was washed more or less Quiet location! Opposite supermarket The staff is very responsive. Overall, I probably wouldn't really want to come back here))))

The hotel is a bit old, if it were a little cheaper the price would be great

The hotel environment is poor, there are cockroaches, many facilities are rusty and dirty (such as faucets, showers, etc.), the air conditioner will be dusty when it is turned on, and it will keep begging. Originally, the room package was different from the reservation description. After checking with the hotel staff, the staff replied that this is an old photo, which no longer exists. The key point is that the balcony was included when booking. In the end, it was said that it was only available in the room on the 2nd floor. It was a serious fraud.

I moved to this hotel after falling ill and not being able to cope in a hostel. The staff went above and beyond to help me and allowed me to check in early so I could rest. The room was clean and the aircon was very good. Very peaceful villa and lovely pool area! Just what I needed :)

I stayed here for a night and still cant forget the good experience. The room was very clean & cozy ( I stayed at the Suite room) Especialy the breakfast and dinner was very good. The staff super friendly . Definetly will come back. Thankyou very much Umpadhi Hotel!
