Excellent hotel, exceed our expectation. It's so close to the beach just around 3 mins walk. Staffs are super friendly. Food is ok, not bad. Light in the room can be a bit brighter.

Spacious rooms, good quality of facilities such as TV, but the plugs are not really user friendly and if you don’t have your own adapter you will have problem. First floor is connected to the pool but i moved to second floor which was a wrong choice because of the pool. Staff are friendly and helpful, however, nobody came to help me with luggage at the arrival and surprisingly at departure! If I want to come again i won’t choose Jimbaran area(nothing wrong about hotel) because of no social night life, only sea food and beach.  Beach is not clean same as other beaches so far I saw in Bali! Lots of garbage and plastics on the beach and nobody cares!

Not bad but the hotel is getting quite old, looks like bathrooms have been refreshed but the room, hallways and restaurant look very tired and require renovation to a contemporary standard.
