Staff both friendly and accomodating. It was our first time staying in a villa whilst in Bali. Staff explained everything quite well and made us feel comfortable. Free bike use, free yummy breakfast and free driver for drop off within local area. Spacious and clean room. 3x aircon plus fans to add to your comfort. Smart tv with free WIFI. Villa fully self contained. Plenty of drinking water to quench your thirst. I had tattoo work done. Advised the staff and they were able to put on older sheets so I didn’t stain linen and end up with a bill. Organised a late check out and were very accomodating when this was requested. Thank you to the staff at HK for a friendly and enjoyable stay.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette grande villa avec piscine, cuisine équipée, scooter. Chambre propre, petit déjeuner extra, personnel aux petits soins et agréable présent 24/24. Situé ni trop loin, ni trop près du centre ville et très calme. Merci a toute l’équipe de nous avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable. une vrai 2ème lune de miel. Nous avons toujours été conseillé pour nos excursions. Nous nous attendions pas à autant de gentillesse et de considération. mon épouse depuis, aime faire du scooter. Rien à redire à part un grand merci pour votre accueil.
