Topi Inn

We have our lunch after diving at padang bai. Our boatride starts and ends in front of this restaurant (and hostel, but I've never used that). You can have a shower before lunch, there have several nice showers. They serve a lot of different dishes (pizzas, pastas, local food), but I love their perfectly grilled fresh fish, very delicious baracuda, tuna! Very friendly staff!!

Me and My Wife were here for scuba diving in the Padang Bai with a local dive shop. Topi Inn seems to have deals with these dive shop so we can eat and shower here which is nice. However, it turn to nigh**are when my wife was taking shower on the right hand side shower room close a wall without roof. She noticed someone was peaking on her behind the wall, since the other side of wall is a slope which is much higher than the restaurant side. So she screamed and the guy ran away. It was shocked and even more disappointing that the employees didn’t take actions even after we complained to them. And we had to look for the people for sexual harassment on our own. This sex discrimination has to stop.

The most disgusting restaurant that I visited in Bali! We went diving and after that took a shower in this place. Bathing room in this restaurant doesn't even have a roof. When I was taking a shower, a boy peeked me and I felt extremely horrible. There is a path nearby the bathing room and a lot higher, that's the reason why people on that path could easily peek in the bathing room. It's apparently that this restaurant is responsible for this tribble arrangement but they don't care. I can even image that peeking becomes a leisure and entertainment for local people. I strongly do not recommend anyone come here!!!

We ended up in Bali by accident and found a gem of a place. The staff are super helpful and wonderfully friendly. We had the best room, a family penthouse at the top of the hotel with a view to die for. We stayed for 5 nights and everyone became our friend. Our boys are quite adventurous and climb all over the place and everyone was so understanding and dealt with them amazingly. Then there are the great cocktails, yummy lassis and very good value Bintang. All in all a great experience and although the weather wasn’t great and the rest of Bali not really our bag (we prefer Java) the Topi Inn made our stay worthwhile!!!!

Food was tasty until I found a big cooked roach in my food. So disgusting! It’s a shame because this is the spot where many divers come after their dives. The pineapple juice was good. They made a new dish for me but I’m not sure I have the appetite anymore
