Big and beautiful hotel with hills and mountains, very authentic, with a lot of flowers, trees and statues. Room was big and clean with a but too much soft mattress, but it's okay. Breakfast is quite rich and delicious. Service is also 5 out of 5, as all the workers always more than happy to help you with everything you need. Definitely gonna come back here ✌️

Good value! I can see the past prosperity from this hotel. I hope to get back again in the future. Lovely receptionist and housekeeping staff. The reception building is like a temple in my hometown. Impressed by mountain views. Highly recommend.

The hotel was real beautiful and accommodating. I was a female solo traveler and felt very safe.

Very friendly staff, two swimming pools, free transfer to the city centre. Also I took a massage it was very good

Claimed to be wifi in the room was very poor. Had room service on night 2/4 and the tray was still on our porch when we left so hadn’t been cleaned

Amazing place to stay. The location is slightly outside the centre making it very quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers complimentary car service up to centre (10 minute drive). The rooms and atmosphere was gorgeous and the staff were great. Would definitely stay again!

It’s a really nice big hotel you can enjoy and see everything in there, location is very nice and around the hotel have everything, we really enjoyed there

The people at the hotel are very friendly and attentive. Very simple breakfast, some fruit, eggs and toast. the rooms are very simple and the bathroom is very small and old. The hotel was classified as 4 stars, but it does not correspond to this category, very simple.

The Bali spirit is on the side of the valley overlooking a small river. There are lots of stairs but helpful staff are there to move the bags. The pool is spacious and beautiful with barstools and a small bar in the center. We had a room far from the lobby with a small balcony overlooking the valley below.

Nice , but you can find more cheaper and cozy in Ubud. Anyway breakfast was good and swimming pool are pretty nice and deep to enjoy.

We went on low season. For the price we paying, it is very good

Had a really nice stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is set within many trees and it has a great natural feel to it. The rooms are a little old but they are clean and have a traditional Bali feel to them which I liked. The pools are very clean so it’s great for a swim and sunbathing. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a good time here. There is plenty of room for the children to run around and play. They have 2 pools a restaurant (more but only one was open). The views are lovely. There are a lot of stairs so be wary of this.
