Amazing hotel! The best in Bali of all where we were! Great service, rooms, very clean. Food is delicious and a lot of choice! Pools are not overcrowded, there are free sunbeds! Great kids club and staff in it. Already booked our next trip here.

Our stay at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort was truly exceptional! The resort’s blend of modern luxury and Balinese charm created a perfect tropical escape. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious international and local dishes. The pool area and spa were the ultimate spots for relaxation. The resort provides an hourly transportation option to the nearby beach and have their setup at the beach too. The resort is awesome!!! All staff very friendly and helpful even though you do wait a while to get what you ask for (wardrobe door unreilled and waited 5 hours for them to come and fix it, but seems it is a common thing as we experienced the same slow service at outside the resort restaurants). Bali collection (shopping and dining area) also very nice! The kids club have a nice program too! Outdoor swimming pools awesome! 3 restaurants on the resort to choose from- all food very yummie and very wide variety!  Thank you to all staff and the chefs that made our 1 week stay a memorable one!

This hotel is truly one of the best! The accommodations are spotless, and the entire facility is incredibly family-friendly. Kids are treated to free ice cream, and the kids’ club offers a variety of fun, free activities to keep them entertained. Breakfast is a highlight—definitely not to be missed. What made my stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday surprise. The staff decorated my room and gifted me a birthday cake, making me feel truly celebrated. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and kid-friendly hotel with excellent service, this is the perfect choice!

Hotel is very comfortable, spacious 49m2, large twin bed 140 enough to accomodate 4 people

we have been almost at all Bonvoy Marriott hotels , but this one is top one. location, service , breakfast , has one beach at first line, we loved and enjoyed staying here, will be back again!

I had an amazing stay at the Nusa Dua Renaissance Resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the swimming pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The pool itself was fantastic, beautifully maintained, and a great spot to unwind. The location of the resort is another highlight; it’s convenient yet tranquil, offering the perfect balance for a getaway. The international breakfast buffet was truly superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

My family we has staying at renaissance hotel for 7 nights, my 4 kids they very enjoyed at swimming pool is very nice and chill, for me and my wife we thinks that 5 star hotels need to be cleaned but first night we found a cockroach in my room that very disgusting. We had been asking receptionist to move to other rooms but need to wait for other days, the toilet and bathroom away has some smell when you just open the door to get in. My family got bit numerous times by mosquitoes. Anyway staff is very friendly, resort is look nice but for overall I will give 3.5 star.

Fantastic hotel and value for money. Their room is clean and modern. Their buffet breakfast selection is huge and you can get your food from BOTH buffet location at the same time

We loved our stay here. From the staff members, the amenities, the restaurants I’d definitely recommend people to come here if they haven’t before. It’s very modern and new. The restaurants especially Steaksmith and Lion X are a must.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and it made my stay incredibly comfortable. The food was delicious, with a great variety that catered to all tastes. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, always polite, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Reception and housekeeping were efficient though our families were not assigned rooms in same bldg which was a great disappointment.. Buffet breakfast was quite good, wide selections. Restaurant unable to cope with the crowd, need to have more seats available. We didn't use the hotel facilities except for the pool. There was an open space for table tennis, unfortunately it wasn't suitable as the balls will be affected by the breeze. It has to be in an enclosed space for this game. Hope hotel management will look into this.
