The lady of reception is really really nice.
She can remember my name even I just told once.
She can solve my problem all the way.
And she is always with her smile on work.
I have my great first time experience staying at motel.

At the same price, the hotel found in the center of Melbourne will be much newer than this. This hotel is too old... It feels like an old house for decades. The quilt given in the winter is too thin and not worth the price.

I wanted to stay at Mid-City as the pictures on the web made it look like it has style. And yes it does! Classic mid-Century design and many original furnishings all in good condition. Comfy modern beds, friendly staff, heaps of parking, right in mid city as advertised.

It’s good for 1night stay.its outdated but it’s conviniet.the shower too small,and i think the bed had bed bugs.lastly while showering the fire alarm went on.so be careful when using hot water at the shower.

Receptionist was lovely. Upgraded us to King room as upstairs was not convenient for my hubby.
Room was super clean, bed comfy & overall neat & tidy. Little outdated, but that is only a visual thing & doesn't concern me.
We decided to take up the free Breakfast. So glad we did. Met by staff & talked through everything available. Not only was a hot cooked breakfast included but all the extras . Cereal toasts, spreads & coffee machine.
SUPER VALUE. GREAT LOCATION.
We won't hesitate to book next time we visit Ballarat.
