I really liked the nice ambience and feel as soon as I walked in, decorated nicely. The employee staff treated us very well. Also the heated pool was extraordinary, comfortably heated warmly. The location is very convenient to many stores and restaurants also near the highway so it’s steadfast to get to the airport! I would have liked a alarm/clock radio in our room, even though our people of the world rely on our smartphones!:) I especially liked the nice amenities in the bathroom/standup shower! Nice place for adults to stay! 👍😀

I have no idea how this property has such good ratings. It is old, tired, beds worns out, with rooms cramped and in disrepair. Our overall experience was poor. There are much better properties in this area. If I hadn't prepaid we would have been gone after one night..

Convenient place for an overnight stay. Construction going on at the property. We a so it got noisy in our room at 8a from loud banging

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and everything worked. Only drawback was hotel expansion construction but that was to parking.

We booked a king room, but when we got there they put us in a queen. I wasn’t given any kind of compensation for the error on their part.

I was at the hotel for business and every single staff member I had the pleasure of dealing with was super friendly. They remembered me every day. Some even asked if there was anything they could get me for breakfast even though I don’t think that is part of their job. I was very much impressed by the customer service- you don’t see good service like that much anymore l.

Hotel was cool. Didn't know pets were allowed. Not a big deal but u could smell the animals
