We called front desk to ask for extra coffee and creamer, after 30 min we called again and waited another hour no service. When we left after 3.5 hrs later, still no coffee? If they didn’t plan on bringing coffee they should have just said so! I can handle the truth, just tell us you’re not able to provide services at the time.

The service was great and the hotel offered a kick back that made thing relaxing with two free meals a day I will definitely stay here again

I called and cancelled my reservation a week ahead of time and was still charged even though we never even went... apparently the lady i talked to forgot to cancel when i called... so unprofessional and I'm pissed and disappointed in their service... been on the road for days so i haven't had time to chat with a manager unfortunately but i doubt they will refund me anyways

Wow! Just discovered this chain and it is over the top. Happy Hour with dinner selections? Incredible! Breakfast buffet in the morning? Perfect!
Nevermind the fabulous staff in every area! I am sold!

Super nice facility, clean rooms, awesome that they had dinner and breakfast for us. it offsets the cost of the room which we would normally spend for supper somewhere else. Think of it as you are paying for Dinner, and Breakfast, which you would normally spend $80 for both included in the cost of the room if you are worried about price of the room

The overall experience was great. Breakfast was not bad and was suprised by a dinner option. The only down side for me was that mattress and pillows were way too soft.
