交通便利，距離客運站很近，去哪裡都要在這個總站開始，周圍餐館很方便，酒店周圍沒有什麼景點，唯獨一個長壽博物館，下午3點才開門。酒店沒有電梯而且是蹲便，腿腳不便的慎選。

這個價位的酒店，這家算是非常好的。首先是老闆一家特別和氣，感覺就是來親戚家小住。房間很乾凈，沒有異味，最值得一提的是床品，相當乾淨，可以和星級酒店媲美，在這個價位的酒店很難得。酒店位於縣政府後麪的街上，避開了主幹道的喧囂，可以享受本地人的生活。由於不在旅遊者聚集的壽鄉廣場旁邊，不能下樓就能坐小巴去景點，但是縣城不大，酒店步行去壽鄉廣場其實也就一公里。
