The space is large; two 1.5-meter beds are enough for a family of four (two adults and two children). The environment is clean and tidy, the front desk service is excellent, and parking is free. My child said it was the best hotel they've ever stayed in."

However, the front desk service during check-in was substandard. It was raining heavily when I arrived, and the staff just stared blankly, not knowing to offer an umbrella or help guests check-in. This is something that would never happen at any other hotel. I rarely give bad reviews when staying at hotels, but Bama Health and Wellness Community left such a poor first impression on guests. Therefore, I'm giving a low rating for the service."
