Excellent location ,excellent hospitality,very good food . Enjoyed our stay and the personal attention by Mr n mrs Suri and their staff . A must visit and stay for at least a week if u just want to relax . One issue I forgot to address mrs Suri , The wooden floor was slippery n we tripped when walking in socks . Their home made jam local bread n food was very delicious. Will come back again

An excellent place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature at it's best. With the river flowing by the side and lush greenery on the other side is something to experience, differently. We as a family went in for lunch. Even though it was a short notice to them, we were served with a limited lunch which was very tasty. Service was impeccable. However, we felt that even though the food was limited to 6-7 items, they should not have charged us on a full fledged buffet charges, which turned out to be unnecessarily expensive.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now, we live in ***ali and are third generation hoteliers ourselves. My parents' anniversary was approaching and my father and I wanted to plan a staycation for them. We decided to visit the property before booking to check out the rooms. However as soon as we arrived at the gate which was closed, even though the property was open. The guard didn't even bother to approach our car to talk to us after I honked and made a gesture towards him he repeated the same gesture back to me. He was extremely rude and was talking down to us. After ***aging to get this guy to call the ***ager inside they finally let us in. I will be forever greatful for them letting us into what I felt like was like trying to get into the white House. Although it might be our own fault because we decided to initially go there in a car, the humble gypsy which costs less than my watch but is used by people from all walks of life here in ***ali. Anyway my parents still decided on staying there for a few days spending close to a lakh. But I really would suggest the ***agement to sensitize and re train their staff. Terrible start to an otherwise ok stay. Would never suggest any of my contacts to ever stay here.

Words are too less to describe this beautiful place. It gives you all positive vibes moment you walk inside this beautiful paradise. It offers peace and tranquility in abundance every part of place lets you reconnect with nature. It’s the second time we came here after 10 years the property has been taken care of very nicely. This time we stayed in the new wing which was spa suites and was truly amazing with jaccuzi steam and sauna Neeralaya is a little slice of heaven, and has everything you could ask for. The rooms are spacious with lot of attention to detail - a small sit out to enjoy the views, Food here is delicious - do enjoy the ample options served up especially at breakfast, they are a treat. The property itself is beautiful - being by the river and ***** the mountains, beautiful with daisies blooming everywhere. The little breakfast nooks are gorgeous, as are the lovely hammocks to relax. But what make Neeralaya stand out is the hospitality and the lovely staff - everyone goes out of their way to treat you like a guest in their own home, which takes the whole experience up several notches. Another aspect I love about Neeralaya, being an eco conscious traveler, is that it has taken efforts to be sustainable. It provides water in glass bottles and not plastic bottles, it provides local jute slippers in room rather than the polyester disposable ones, and the hosts Muneer ji was awesome as he came specially to meet one of their oldest customers we loved our stay here and would love to visit again. Most scenic location on bank of bias river with cozy villa surrounded with nature. Hosts are very friendly and staff is very much eager to serve. Villas are very comfortable with all needed fasciitis and with a fantastic view. Food was too good, lots of sitting area's were there with river view, will visit again and again

We stayed at Neeralaya in November 2022 for 1 night and had a fabulous time. Everything from the luxurious private villas to the delicious food everything was amazing. We had a great time spending our evening around the Bonfire with music. The entire experience was made super special by the helpful staff who had taken care of everything to make our stay memorable. I will definitely stay again at this resort. Highly recommended.

Hospitality- “0” zero We were charged ₹ 19000 for the *Room which was without curtains and sheers. * They gave a small Room which was above the restaurant and below another room so couldn’t sleep well.(didn’t mention this fact in any of the emails exchanged) *according to Ms.soniya(one of the staffs) there was no need of curtains in room at at all 😨. *They decide for their guests with their silly excuses to hide their flaws. *Had made bookings 3 months ago still they hadn’t catered our family room need. *They didn’t mention all of their categories to make more money from their guests. * food was tasteless * Mr muneer(the owner) and his staff (Soniya)seemed more interested in arguing about their substandard room and food. *Mr Muneer seemed least interested in accepting their flaws. Staff had really bad attitude towards guests. *Neeralayaa doesn’t worth that much money to be spent on such substandard quality of services. *Never trust these people as they seem more interested in looting money from their clients rather than giving them happiness after paying such huge amount.

We stayed at this beautiful oasys in June this year.It was a family get-together and we were looking for a place that's exclusive,has a great location and is experiential.Neeralya proved to be just right.Being a hotelier,we look into every minute details when it comes to choosing a place.We were welcomed by the lovely staff.The rooms were already ready for the check in and within 5 minutes of our arrival we were already in our assigned cottages.Located by the riverside, it indeed is a heaven on earth.Plenty of activities to do within the resort.What made it so special was the personalised service we got during our stay. A must mention is one of their ***ager " Ankit" who ensured we all are well looked after.We had a truly memorable trip and we hope to re-visit this resort again. Cheers to the team who make it happen!
