overall everything’s great for me. The location is good. We stayed for 2 days. Room was clean, and they also cleaned the room and change towel when we went outside, but we only got 1 keycard. I also expected could get a toothbrush but didn't, but that's okay, plenty of 7-11s to buy.
One thing I took into consideration was that the bathroom glass was a bit transparent, luckily I was with my family, really weird if we had to stay with friends 🫣

The room is very clean and the colors are stylish. It's a comfortable room.
× The breakfast quality is terrible. There are few varieties and the quality of the food is below 3 stars. This is the first time I've had such a bad hotel breakfast.
× The reception is also of low standard. Not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. They give little explanation and ignore the people waiting. No smiles. The massage receptionist asked me loudly what my name was and my voice echoed through the hall. It was like a Thai market tout. Not a 5-star hotel.

We were incredibly lucky to stay at this hotel for 8 days, and we had a fantastic overall experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk staff spoke both English and Chinese, which made our trip much smoother. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the pool was also very clean. I have to say, for its price point, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's location is excellent, very close to the walking street, the beach, and popular trendy bars. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was okay, but there were several concerns. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needs improvement—there were visible stains. We were also assigned to a separate building that felt less secure, with open access to anyone, unlike the main building where the reception is located. Additionally, there was a loud argument between guests just outside our room, which disrupted our stay. Better security, soundproofing, and cleanliness would really help improve the experience.

The experience was amazing—the scenery is beautiful, the building surrounded by pools, daily cleaning, free gym and sauna, fridge, washer, small kitchen, 7-11 and coffee shops nearby. The landlord is responsive and recommended good restaurants. Location is convenient—taxi rides to shopping street/beach are 90 baht. Brand new and spotless, even got a free cleaning during my 5-day stay. Unbeatable value in Pattaya, will definitely come back!

The hotel is new, with a bright and spacious lobby, and clean and stylish rooms. The bathroom water pressure is excellent, making showering incredibly comfortable—one of the few hotels where you'd want to stay in the room forever. Some floors are currently closed, but this doesn't affect the quality of the accommodation at all. The infinity pool offers stunning ocean views while swimming, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring Thai and Western dishes, as well as a freshly fried egg station, all of which are delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the overall experience feel like a resort paradise. Highly recommended for travelers looking for new, upscale accommodations with complete facilities; excellent value for money, definitely the top choice for accommodation in Pattaya!

Everything is great wifi working properly good amenities they have two well working swimming pool and 7 eleven is just 10 metres away you can go to famous walking street by walking in just 10-15 minutes it is 1-1.5 km away

MM300021****The villa is located in the center of Pattaya. It is very convenient to travel around. The villa is clean and sanitary. The staff service is great. The problems and difficulties encountered during the stay can be solved for us quickly. The most important thing is that they actually provide Chinese breakfast. It’s the first time for me to eat a bowl of hot white porridge in the morning after visiting Thailand for a few days. It really touched my Chinese appetite🥹!

Это место мне очень понравилось. Все новое, чистое, ничем не пахнет, нет тараканов и других насекомых.
Конечно, без окон трудновато просыпаться с утра, но есть и номера с окнами.
единственное, что я бы попросила у отеля — почаще убираться в номерах, но как я поняла, в Тайиланже это обычная история, что в отелях не убираются или просят деньги за это сверх оплаченного проживания

GGuest UserIt's not bad to spend the night, even though the walls are made of cardboard. We took a smoking room, they gave us a room further from the road, but that didn't help the situation, it was still very noisy.

Nnihaoma****It's located near Wat Chai Mong Khun on Pattaya Road 2, a 15-minute walk from the walking street—not far at all, and you can even walk past several markets. It's also not far from the 189 Pork BBQ buffet (pictured).
There's an indoor pool in the lobby, but the water can be a bit cold at night. The rooms have small balconies for washing and drying clothes, which is perfect for Chinese people, hahaha.
The waiter speaks Chinese and was very helpful with directions and directions.

SSrdan B.It was my first stay at this hotel. I decided to book based on the photos on their page. I asked for a room with a balcony but initially got a room without a window. The room was full of dust, the AC wasn't working and TV screen was fully covered in dust, the remote didn't have batteries. Not to mention there was no mini fridge nor trash bin. In toilet there was no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, nor a small towel for the feet.
Upon my request we got a different room. This room was much better. Although it had dust behind the bed and one bed light and one outlet wasn't working and there was no TV remote, this room had a window next to the bed and in the toilet, a mini fridge, AC was working as well as the remote. A few things were still lacking like a small towel and a trash bin. The liquid soap and shampoo together with toilet paper we got upon my request because it wasn't in the room when we entered.
Even though I booked for two nights I decided to stay one night. There was noise from Big C around 7-8PM from some kind of outdoor aerobic exercise.
Also to mention the positive things. The girl at the reception was polite and helpful. Although I don't know why she didn't give us the second room first, she managed to make our stay pleasant. The location is close to Big C and the bus station. There is a baht bus waiting a few minutes to take you to the beach.
Since we stayed for one night only, I asked for a refund for the second night which the staff approved.
It seems that there's no housekeeping. The rooms are dusty and many amenities are missing.
The price and location is good and I'm sure with regular maintenance this would be a good hotel to stay. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will come to this place again if they don't improve the service.

NNANStaying here for the second time, if the last night in Pattaya is arranged here, you can get up in the morning and go to Bangkok Airport. Don't worry, the hotel room is not small, the environment is OK, and the service is warm.

นนางฟ้านางสวรรค์The room is ok, the location is good but there is no cleaning during the stay. If you want a new towel, you have to inform them and the towel that I received has a stain like a primer that cannot be washed off and then they brought it back to use again.
No hair dryer, staying here is quite noisy but the staff service is good or not but the guests are not very polite.
Anyway, the bed is very good, comfortable to sleep.
