Its kinda fine however this time stay i found some cockroaches around my room so had to move out next day. I hate cockroaches

When i arrived to check in, not one of the three staff members even looked up from their phones to greet / welcome me. This happened to other arriving guests.
Zero customer service training!!!

When I video called my girlfriend from the room she asked me if I am sleeping under the bridge 😅
room is clean but the interior looks old and used
Check in took forever
Getting wifi access took forever
To blame about this is not the staff because they are forced to use slow and old computers, please let them work with proper equipment

The facilities are old, the waiting time for checking in is too long and there is no AC in the lobby and many mosquitoes.
