Very close to the metro station, great location. Plenty of parking spaces available. The room is spacious, and the cleaning is ok. It was a bit noisy at night because some people were talking loudly in the hallway, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. They went to their room, and it became quiet again

sawadekaa hi bangkok city hotel i love here so recommended check in process and check out process is so smooth i love this hotel because bedroom and bathroom all clean. and also for the free flow coffee and drinking water easy and convenient to go other places near to halal food street and restaurant hotel very affordable price my room also has bathtub and this hotel has pool for my kids. . elevator also fast no need to wait for longer time has 7e and atm which is i prefer bangkok bank which is low conversion their have street food like thai pancake only for 50thb and massage places are variety to choose and also near to dobi i love this hotel really really recommended

Quite busy area since in front hotel has road construction but easy walk excess to bts and others area. Im using Bolt Rider in this area to cut time.

- The room is fine, but they don't have toothbrushes, razors or toothpaste. - The location is good, 5 mins walk to Skytrain, 7-elven right beside the hotel, walking distance to restaurants. - Where do I start about the customer service, if Satan built 7 levels of hell, he would prob gonna think about building the 8th one for this hotel’s customer service. When I called them to ask about the toothbrush, they simple said “ we don't have, you can go to 7-Eleven to buy it”. I mean an apology after that would be great. - They have a scale in the lobby for customers to weigh their luggage, which is a nice idea btw, but it requires 10 baht per use. My roommate and I realized it after coming down from the 17th floor, so we asked them if we could borrow 10 baht in coin to use it, and they can charge it into our key deposit of $200. One of the reception is looking for the coin to let us borrow, but the other one - I think she’s the shift manager- immediately said “ No money, you can go up and get it, then come down and use it”, with broken English of course. There is no flexibility in the way they work, Im wondering what was she thinking when she asked us to go back to the 17th floor and get the money. We came down with a 20 bill and she just gave me 2 10baht coins immediately. It was our fault not to check before using it, but I’ve never seen any shift supervisor that doesn't have any flexibility like that, just a simple action can change the guest’s mood and improve your hotel’s equity. So to Bangkok City Hotel, thank you for a lovely 5-day holiday, but let’s try to improve your staff’s ability to serve customers, maybe start from the manager’s level?

Love it the way they welcome us by picking our bags from our taxi upon arrival. The room is clean & they even have a coffee machine in the room! The toilet have a big bath tub, my child love it so much.

The Hotel has a great location and a good breakfast (more fruit options should be included, and also they should bring more during breakfast time) , the swimming pool is cold and dark so is not very attractive to be used, the Women from the front desk are helpful but not very friendly.

This is very convenient for traveling, as well as eating. But there is no toothbrush, so remember to prepare.

It's our second time staying in this hotel. The workers are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The rooms have shampoo, soaps, water, fridge, toiletries, and a big bath. The breakfast is more Asian style with some European style pastries and bread available. It tastes nice tho. Free coffee all day too. Check in and check out can take a little bit of time, so be patient for that as the hotel does have a lot of rooms. Walking distance to big shopping malls and has restaurants, 7-11's, massage shops, cafes and bars nearby.

Families room with 1 double and 1 single bed. This room only can fit 3 adults additional person will be charged THB300/room/night. Space is small Good location

The hotel is situated near a BTS station, an eight-minute walk away. Upon arriving at 12:30 PM, I was informed that early check-in would incur a 300 baht fee, otherwise, I would need to wait until 2:00 PM. After having lunch, I returned to the hotel at 1:20 PM and observed other guests checking in without being charged.

The accommodation is clean and conveniently located near eateries and convenience stores. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, with all the baked goods being especially tasty. Most importantly, the staff provides excellent service.
