This is not a hotel
It's like a guesthouse
The facilities are very old here
Employees are trying to steal a 200 baht deposit
They laughed and asked themselves if they could give them tips
They didn't understand me, so they said that in the presence of customers
This was the worst hotel in Thailand

Budget hotel with decent value. Elevators are small, kettle is in lobby. Rooms are not particularly spacious. Not bad

the only issue I had was simply the room was on the main road and at night many loud bikes and cars pass by. it was loud for me personally. might be for someone else

The photos are very flattering. The room is quite nice but the generally walls and carpets are run down and not well-maintained. It's just slightly cheaper than another hotel in the same area, the Hotel Amber Sukhumvit 85, but is only worth about a half of what the Amber is worth. While the location and rooms are ok, I would only use this as a backup if your preferred hotel is fully booked

This hotel have good potential if they will give extra 10 minutes of work to each room once a month, missing electric socket in the wall start peeling from the air condition and humidity,fair internet speed, nice staff good water pressure but little bit of mole on the floor, in the bottom line good value for money.
