It was very bad experience staying in this hotel. There are a lot of mosquitos in the room and also in restaurant. My children had 15-20 reddish bumps because of mosquito bite. Cockroach can easily be found. Breakfast is very basic. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Awful experience 1. Upon check in, the room was literally full of mosquitoes. I must have killed at least 20 in 30 minutes walking around my room with a t shirt to smash those annoying things. I just wouldn't see the end of it. I assume my room was open before I checked in or perhaps they kept coming back from under the door. Couldn't sleep all night (early flight and very early check out) as those kept coming at my face. Now have bites everywhere on my face and hands...never been eaten like this in my whole life. 2. On top of that, staff isn't really friendly. Met two ladies at check in and check out and they weren't really nice and smiley. Definitely didn't feel like in the land of smiles. I regret booking this to be close to the airport and have more sleep. I would have had a much better night had I stayed downtown even with the additional commute. See a pic of one of the little #%$# after it enjoyed a good meal on myself 🤮
